Welcome to my request thread for specifically my haunted ideas. This thread will not be bumped but unless stated otherwise in the thread body, these ideas are always open to be discussed.

MC=My Character
YC=Your Character

1. Our characters are newly married and moving into a house together. Unknown to them, the house is actually haunted.

1A. MC is a devoted new husband and smitten with YC. Which is why when he starts acting strangely, more short tempered and aggressive, it starts to be concerning. Is he taken over by something and affected by the house or was he simply a predator waiting until he had her trapped before unleashing his true dark side and intentions?

1B. YC is actually the one affected by the house energies/the eldritch presence that lurks there. You can decide what forms this takes, madness, violence, depression, etc. It is MC quest to uncover the mystery of the house and save the love of his life.

1C. Neither character is possessed/influenced but they both either separately or together experience evidence of the haunting. MC is fascinated by the phenomenon and wants to study it/capture proof of it and YC is delighted by the novelty and the mystery. However, when the presence starts harming YC, it becomes a tension filled atmosphere wondering when we'll give up the game, resell the house, and just move.

2. MC is a criminal. YC is a victim.

2A. MC is a twisted rapist and murderer who has kidnapped YC and brought her to his den. MC's rituals and mental illness requires time and stuff to happen before he'll finally end her life. During her stay in his house however, she realizes in her moments alone that the house is haunted by spirits and entities. And they are trying to help her.

2B. MC leads a small group of criminals and YC has been kidnapped for a blackmail plot/sex trafficking sale. In the house where they are holed up, awaiting contact from other parties involved, there are monsters, demons, and spirits. And they want YC too.

2C. The house is not haunted but the man is. MC kidnaps YC to torment her in private. She thinks she understands him and his character from the first few interactions but then it becomes clear during moments of lucidity that there are more presences inside his head than the one that wants to kill her. In fact, that one may not even be him truly at all.

3. MC is a monster and YC is human.

3A. YC used to have night terrors as a kid and thought she left the bogieman behind in her youth. But as an adult, she is suddenly having experiences where a presence keeps scaring her from the dark spaces in her house. (Possibly MC is intelligent and can be a monster romance or he is not and just a sexual horror one shot)

3B. MC and YC are married and move into a new house together. Soon a monster in the closet is discovered by them both and they all try to make peace and get along. However the monster(MC2) overstays his welcome when he starts an affair with YC and the husband finds out.

4. YC is a witch.

4A. MC comes to YC shop looking for a spell. She either refuses to sell to him or gives him something mundane. Either way, on his own, it goes wrong and now he is being haunted by something and he returns to her shop to blame her and guilt her into helping him fix it.

4B. MC is cursed and comes to YC shop looking to be healed. However, the curse has an intelligence and is not so easy to let go of this tragic man.

4C. YC is kidnapped by MC and his two buddies. However, being a witch she is far from helpless and uses her magic to try to convince the men that she is being haunted by jealous entities.
