THis plot request was originally posted by a player that vanished, so I'm hoping that either he'll recognize it or if not, anyone else is encouraged to apply.

MC is kidnapped by a stalker that wants total and absolute control over me.  Anal and vaginal probes are locked in my body as well as nipple clamps, all of which are remotely controlled....Im bound and gagged, tortured by the probes for a while before he/she explains what phase two is....
  A metal headband is locked on me...it reads my brain waves. thoughts of escape or no compliance results in pain waves through the probes and clamps.
In addition it slowly begins to recondition me.  Refusal to worship my captor again results in pain.  My intellect is decreased....eventually I can't perform basic addition or subtraction....my speech is extremely limited...soon attempts to use more than short simple sentences results in pain until my brain is mush.

  Im reconditioned into thinking of only two things....how to keep myself looking beautiful and how to worship my captor....basically I become little more than a brainless Barbie doll bimbo.
