A hero and his villain (Female for Dom Male)

I'm looking for a game loosely based on the TV show "The Boys." This story takes place in a world where superheroes and villains are real, but moral lines are far more grey. Corporations “help” organize groups of legal heroes, while villains (who may or may not be more moral than the heroes) act outside the law.

I'm looking to play a young villain who is actually quite moral. She's a builder/tinkerer who uses her inventions to help the poor. She can manipulate technology and even enter code if she focuses hard enough. She doesn't advertise her status as a super and lives life as a human. She works as an analyst for a large superhero group/corporation. She monitors threats and reports on them. She uses that position to erase data about her villainous persona and spread false leads. She has been labeled a 'terrorist' because she will shut down logging/mining operations and shut down a town's water supply until she was able to reset the purification plant and make it work(think Flint Michigan).

I'm looking to play against a dominant and villainous hero. Your character would work for the same corporation but as one of their top-tier heroes. He's popular and can do no wrong in the eyes of the public. He suspects my character isn't quite normal but hasn't been able to prove anything yet. He's also quite annoyed that she keeps turning him down for anything sexual. He's used to fawning and adoring fans who will do anything he asks
