An island in the Mediterranean (M for F)

There's an island in the Mediterranean, not on the maps. It used to be owned by the Greek military. They sold it to a consortium of Russians, Germans and Brits.

It became an island haven for people of a bdsm persuasion.

For a long time it was just a secret among oligarchs. But for the last two summers, and the one to come, it's been open to a slightly bigger clientele. It makes money: there' are drone cameras everywhere, and a continuous web feed to private subscribers all over the world. There are three sorts of 'couples':

- 'doule', temporary female slaves for the summer, and their Masters. There is a limit of 52 of them, each named after a playing card. The doule are naked all summer, and may be monogamous or generally available. They and their Masters agree their limits
- ordinary holiday-making couples, for all summer or just a week or two, who enjoy bdsm
- on the dark side of the island, there are non-consensual relations: kidnapped women are brought to the island, trained to regard bdsm as normal, released into the island community
