Rubber Dolly Transformation (F for M, NC)

Hello! This is a rather basic idea I tried a long time ago and would like to try again. In this story my character (a woman) is working in a laboratory, and accidentally pricks herself with some new formula they've been experimenting with. Unfortunately for her it's a chemical that slowly transforms that person into a rubber sex doll (sorry science), first by reforming her skin, then enhancing her breasts, forming her mouth open into a classic 'O' pose, and slowly immobilising her. The doctor in the lab (your character) starts to look after her at first, promising to euthanize her when she gets too bad, but soon his intentions darken, and he decides to keep her around indefinitely...
