Home of the Best Thinky Meats

Hello all! Firstly, thank you checking this out. When it comes to the site, I love it, but haven't been the most active. Been here for a few years, but haven't gotten around to doing something like this yet. But, because I'm tired of trying to remember the half-finished games I've been looking at with other players, I decided to get off my ass and make a list for people to peruse. If nothing else, it might make it easier to find new players to keep me entertained. Without further ado, let's get on with it.

Note: This will be mostly 1x1s, but there might be a few ideas in here that are good for 3 or 4 players. Most of them will have somewhat indiscriminate

Note 2: Sorry for the shitty formatting, never really learned how to make it pretty as some of y'alls.

Story Ideas
Body Snatcher Blues: (Medieval Fantasy, 2 people) The Patrician of the city we are in is rumored to have been replaced by a doppelganger. Now, rumors like this are common enough, and often spring from a mix of boredom and paranoia. What makes this one a little bit unique, though, is the fact that this time there's a royal guard who claims to have witnessed the patrician changing his skin. He's hired you and I to find the truth, and quickly, for he fears his life may be in danger.

Gone too Soon: (Medieval Fantasy, 2-4 people) A Representative of the Bardic Coalition has requested help investigating a series of "accidents." Several of their talented musicians have been killed, and we must investigate the cause of such suspiciously tragic luck.

Praise the Lord: (supernatural, 2 people) A devout person of the cloth and their assistant have been tasked with investigating claims of a new religion, The Church of the Exalted Host, that is supposedly performing miracles. Their influence is reaching all over the country, and there is talk of it being legitimately divine, as well as claims that it is nothing more than a cult. We must determine the truth, and should they be malicious, destroy it.

Little Crow: (supernatural/fantasy, murder mystery, 2-3 people) Several well connected men and women have been assassinated, with nothing in the way of evidence to be found. The only thing that ties the crime scenes together, aside from the targets being high ranking members of society, is the fact that there would be a black feather, like that of a crow, left at each crime scene, often by an open window.

His Red Right Hand: (horror, supernatural, 2 people) In your hometown, there's a rumor that, should you be willing to risk it, you can walk to the crossroads outside town during the full moon. There are certain rules to be followed, circumstances to be met, and a ritual to adhere to once the summoning begins. The story goes that, if everything goes right, you'll be met by a tall man. You'll recognize him from a smile that seems to have too many teeth, and a red right hand. He will offer you everything you desire, if you're willing to pay his price...

Free Tarot Readings: (possibly a one shot, possibly more, 2 people) A man sits in the corner of the local Farmer's Market. He has a cheap card table festooned with a simple sign saying "Free Tarot Readings. Donations appreciated if I'm right." You come up, out of curiosity, and decide to ask the question that's been bothering you for a while.

I would be interested in the following storyline: His Red Right Hand if it is still available.
