Been itching to play a RWBY game, wanted to know if anybody else wanted one. It'd be cool to get at least a full team and maybe a GM

Well, that's enough for a team. Should I make us a character sheet?

Something along the lines of...
Name:
Age:
Gender:
Race:
Appearance:
Weapon:
Brief History:
Personality:
Semblance:

And if you want to tack orientation and/or kinks on the end idgaf. With the exception of Ruby herself, you're typically 17 when you first join a hunter academy (Ruby was 14, an exception for her was made by the principle himself), so we could be a fresh team, or have been working together for years. Vale/beacon is probably the default location but it doesn't have to take place there, and even if it does your character doesn't have to be from there originally. I'd prefer everybody played OCs rather than Canons.

Assuming a new team at beacon, mine would be:
Name: Seelie Titania
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Appearance: https://i.imgur.com/8x3IryS.png
Her clothes are left over from her later days in Vacuo, and most prominently feature a dull, ragged cloak. It fits loosely over her thin frame and has a habit of billowing dramatically in even the slightest breeze. She usually wears the hood up, even when indoors until some figure of authority yells at her to pull it down. Alongside that is a facemask, which also is a lot more fitting for her hometown: made of metal and engraved with fang-like designs, it's relatively intimidating, adds a degree of protection, and keeps dust from getting in her mouth. Her red eyes and light gray hair give her a rather ominous look, especially when combined with all of the above. Seelie isn't very good at being expressive. Her eyes stare blankly at whatever she's looking at, and the rest of her face is generally covered by a mask. The few who are lucky enough to have seen her without her mask are typically disappointed to see that her mouth almost never moves from its bored expression either.
Weapon: https://imgur.com/a/3Yl7j
A pistol/katar pair that may or may not have been stolen from a military official. They don't transform, but are notable for being relatively silent when fired, and the slot in the blade is designed to have vials of dust placed inside for various effects, which apply to both the blade and bullets. She never bothered naming her weapon.
Brief History:
Growing up in Vacuo isn't easy. It's a harsh, unforgiving land filled with some of the most dangerous creatures in the world, plus the grim, and even nature itself seems intent on killing you, given the barren landscape that is the vast majority of Vacuo. Even harder than growing up in Vacuo is growing up in Vacuo without a family, as a little girl who calls herself Seelie Titania did. Though oddly enough she didn't struggle too much... though this was mainly thanks to her semblance allowing for her to be an expert thief. She'd lure people into alleyways, get them lost, steal their things, then vanish without a trace. She did, however, grow dissatisfied with the life of a street rat. The commonfolk of Vacuo are all kind to each other, and the wave of sadness she'd set off after each round ended up getting to her... and attracting a couple grim. She didn't want to make everybody suffer just so she could eat, so she decided to try joining an academy. Supposedly people there are taken care of anyway. Unfortunately, she'd already began building up legends of herself as a result of her actions, so she didn't feel she'd be trusted at Shade, so it seemed she'd have to stowaway on an airship to beacon. Well, she'd already done much worse, hadn't she? At least this wouldn't harm anybody
Personality:
The girl hardly talks, possibly as a result of her life up to this point, but isn't entirely unfriendly to those who can get past how emotionless she seems. She cares for people, she really truly does. Looking back, she hated seeing the aftermath of her childhood antics of stealing to survive... she just doesn't know how to express herself. She never had practice with socializing, having grown up alone, but craves companionship regardless. She's a bit of a troublemaker who doesn't quite understand the concept of "victimless crimes", if nobody's getting hurt why would it be bad?
Semblance:
Seelie can teleport, simply put. Longer distances become exponentially more taxing, and she doubts she could even go a full mile no matter how much energy she had or how hard she focused. But for on the fly, short range blinks it's rather incredible how often she can do it with relatively little tax on her aura. She uses this in combat near constantly, pretty much any time her opponent turns to face her.

Winds Of Lust

I shall lurk around here till we find enough players for a second team or if an opening comes up or what have you xD do love my some RWBY and I got like...5 OCs ready to go lol

levant

Feel free to go ahead and make a sheet or two or five. Just because somebody planted a flag doesn't mean they're destined to actually join, and we could do things that aren't restricted to a party of 4.
