I'm craving an RP between superheroes/villains using custom characters (so not Marvel/DC). I have made a few characters for that purpose and have included some information about each of them. I generally take a dim view of "Captain Chloroform" or "Transformed into Super Slut" scenarios. If interested, shoot me a PM.

PARAGON Becca McCale

History:
Paragon is superhero royalty. She is the only child of the Judicator (Karen Eckhardt) and the Black Rook (Michael McCale). Her transition from youthful ward to adult heroine was almost text book, complete with brief fling with villainy in her teens. She usually has been involved in teams. She was first involved with the Young Adventurers and then with the Legion of Champions. She has some contacts in other teams as well.

While in her super life, she has maintained a celebrity's lifestyle for years, her parents insisted that she still maintain a secret identity. She is an artist (mostly painting) living in Kirby City.

Personality:
Paragon was raised with a knowledge and understanding of the stakes of being a superhero. Although she still had to come into her own, she lacks the early solo years that many of her contemporaries have, having her parents and their colleagues as ready examples. She tries to strike a balance between her mother's aggressive behavior on the battlefield and her father's analytical contemplation.

Powers:
Paragon is your standard flying brick. She has superhuman strength, durability, and speed. She has super senses. She can fly. She is also an energy blaster.

Relationships:
(In order of preference) The Steve Trevor/Mary Jane-type. Teammate/Fellow Superhero. The Catwoman type.

ZEPHYR Felicity Fleet

History:
Most heroes have an amazing origin story. They were the offspring of gods or had some crazy chemical splash on them while they were trying to cure their daughter's incurable such and such syndrome. Felicity Fleet just woke up fast one day. She still can't explain it. Still, it got her a gig on the Legion of Champions. It sure beats delivering pizzas, most of the time. She chose her name mainly for the sound.

Her dating history is tabloid fodder, often having a flavor of the week. She is trying to be a bit less commitment shy but it hasn't work out all too well for her quite yet.

Personality:
Fleet has been in the business for about a decade and is still not quite comfortable with it. The fame is a lot to handle and her powers often give her migraines. She maintains a secret identity not so much to protect her loved ones as to have a modicum of a normal life away from the ever-watching eyes of the media. She is world-weary, often complaining about the more absurdist aspects of her job.

Powers:
Zephyr's power is superhuman speed. She can move at speeds of about 650 times the speed of sound. She also has friction resistance and similar abilities that let her actually withstand these speeds, although her civilian clothing does not. She has developed speed tricks such as running up walls and across water, a rapid-fire punch, and running fast enough to create a vacuum.

Relationships:
(In order of preference) Teammate/Fellow Superhero. The Catwoman type. The Steve Trevor/Mary Jane-type.

DR. EBONY BLADE

History:
Doctor Blade is a super genius. She created her first pocket dimension in grade school and a death ray before she could legally drive. There was nothing in her upbringing that pointed to mad science. Her parents were a third grade teacher with a bachelor's and a social worker with a master's. Neither had a background in science that rubbed off on her daughter, but they did encourage her to reach for the stars. So, she decided to tear them down.

She has spent the last decade of her life in and out of the Carter Metahuman Women's Correctional Facility for various schemes such as replacing the UN Secretary-General with a robot duplicate. She never leaves because of true reform, always because of escape or scamming the parole board.

Personality:
Doctor Blade is a classic mad scientist. She is more concerned with whether or not she can do something than if she should. She is a scientist unconcerned with and unconstrained by morality or the well-being of her test subjects. Unlike many of her peers, she does not really have a pet project like Professor Tomorrow's obsession with time or the Hive Queen's affinity for bees. There are however generally two methods to her madness. If she isn't running her mad experiments, she is trying to get funding through illicit means. She does not consider herself evil, merely someone not constrained by anyone else's hang ups.

Relationships:
(In order of preference) The Batman type. Teammate/Fellow Supervillain. The Steve Trevor/Mary Jane-type.

ELASTICA Leah Moon

History:
She was going after the perfect score. It was make or break for her, and ironically, it did both. During that last job, Moon was exposed to an experimental chemical. The chemical that radically transformed her body, changing her and giving her the ability to stretch and contort her limbs and body to inhuman degrees. She considers it a rebirth as these abilities have made her an even better thief than she ever was before.

Personality:
Moon is a classic thrill-seeker. She likes the adrenaline rush of a challenging job or a good fuck. Unlike many other villains, she is not a killer, going out of her way to spare the lives of innocents.

Powers:
Elastica is a metamorph. She can stretch any part of her body to inhuman lengths but most typically stretches her limbs and extremities. Her maximum range is about five hundred feet.

Relationships:
(In order of preference) The Batman type. Teammate/Fellow Supervillain. The Steve Trevor/Mary Jane-type.
