House Hunter- Home invasion story, horror

[Spectre]

Been wanting to play out a home invasion game. Living in the country all by yourself has its charms until a stranger with evil on his mind comes knocking.
I'd like to play a few scenes with him in to house, (observing YC, stealing the cellphone, generally causing fear and "unexplained events", ) and then once the power and phones go off, the chase will really be on. I don't mind losing the fight, but the battle will be close.
