1600s France, the King had founded the "Mousquetaires de la maison militaire du roi de France" (Musketeers of the military household of the King of France).

MC plays a young sub-lieutenant who is close to the king of France, King Louis XIII. The king had assigned MC to be under the military regiment of Cardinal Lafayette-Suevant, an influential figure in the Catholic Church. He was tasked to keep an eye of Lafayette-Suevant as well as to train the Cardinal's army in fencing.

MC is an incredibly talented fencer with a peculiar problem, his reluctance to kill.

He lives by the mantra of "Avoid rather than check, check rather than hurt, hurt rather than maim, maim rather than kill.  For ALL life is God's gift... and no one has the right to take it away."

He is righteous and naively believes that the monarchy is just and benevolent to all its subjects. He remains oblivious of the tyranny of the king's officials, especially from those territories far from Paris.

This was during the Huguenot rebellions, and the French army has been collecting funds from all over the country. MC was tasked to join a caravan to transport French Livres from the Cardinal's municipality to the main office in Paris. MC will be ambushed by YC and her rebel forces in the forest.

MC is taken prisoner by YC, who is a talented fencer taught by a former musketeer. YC is the voice of the mistreated and oppressed. Over time, MC eyes will be exposed to the atrociousness of the people bearing the king's coat of arms. He will also discover the corruption of Cardinal Lafayette-Suevant. During MC time on YC's hidden camp, they form bonds and soon become romantic interests. However, they do not express their emotions towards one another even though people around them already know what's going on.

Realising that MC is not the enemy, she releases him.

What happens to their relationship and the disparaging difference of their loyalty?

What happens when YC is captured after a few months and was sentenced to death by hanging? Will MC serve his country or serve his heart?



Hello there! I am back with another prompt that I am very enthusiastic about!

I am looking for someone to play the female outlaw, a woman passionate about her cause and has a soft-heart for the poor and needy.
She is moderately good at fencing but, is a talented commander for her band of guerrilla troops. She is outspoken, blunt and a brave fighter.

She is strong-willed and proves that MC's outlook on the monarchy is deeply flawed and goes to such extents of showing him the ugliness and the corruption of the church at that time.

Looking for a partner who:

-Reads my O/Os (which is conveniently placed on my signature)

-Can reply at least one a week.

-Loves long, drawn-out and slow-burning love stories. High plot to smut ratio.
