Question: What do you do with a group of young people of unusual wealth and privledge? People of exclusive and private schools but apparently had their maid do the homework? Kids who want to be "bad boys and girls" but not quite sure how to be one?

Well, they might form a gang... or what they think a gang is. Of course, gangs have territory and colors and signs, etc. Forming one is quite a bit of work, not to mention effort, but any worthwhile cause... or lack there in, right? I mean, you could always have the hired help do all that work for you, can't you?

So, Introducing the Rappers gang (Rich And Pampered People of Exclusive Residential Societies. A group of 18 to 21 year olds who are trying really hard to be destructive, culturally aware and down with the plights of wealthy and bored brats everywhere... The operative word there is "Trying." But, not even their parents are taking them seriously, much less anyone in actual authority.

Biff: "I say, Billingsly, what sort of mischief shall we get up to this weekend?"
Billingsly: "Why, Biff, old boy, What if we poured jellington into the public fountain on Everette Avenue? That should be fun."
Elliot: "Oh, that would be smashing! Lets do it!"
Biff: No, no, that will never do. We did that last month and Mumsy took away my allowance for a week, put me into a tough situation when I had already committed to getting Buffy that Austin that she's been keeping her eye on... Hmmm.."
Elliot: "I know! I know! Oh, this will just be excellent... I say we kidnap Susie Fatbottom from her convertible BMW; it's such a hideous shade of blue, don't you know. Anyway, we take her to a rave that we'll crash in an abandoned warehouse and make her a party favor. Isn't that simply mischievous? Of course, we would have to find an abandoned warehouse in a decent part of town, and probably fund the rave and invite only the most exclustive of friends, but it would be absolutely devilish!"

Not exactly the deep thinkers of the gang world, and probably not precisely compititent in carrying out their plans of devious distruction, but they try.

Biff: "Daddy, I simply must have an Uzi, would you aquire one so that I might procure it illegally from you?"
Daddy: "What on Earth for Jerry? and stop talking like you're from Boston. Everyone here knows that you were born in Beverly Hills."
Biff: "Daddy, I prefer to be called Biff, it's my gang name. I must have an Uzi to defend my turf against rival gangs. It's all the rave and positively required to be a proper gang, don't you know anything?"
Daddy: "No."
Biff: "But, daddy!"
Daddy; "No, Jerry. What rival gang is there in a gated community?"
Biff: "Well... that's beside the point Daddy, ther could be a rival gang and we must be prepared to defend our turf to the extreme limits."
daddy: "Jerry, if you got shot, probably by your own gun, it'll ruin those hand made crocodile skin boots that you're so proud of, and I'm sure that your mother would stop your allowance for a month."
Biff: "You never let me have any fun!"

Anyway, just pure fun and a bit to be silly with characters without any actual seriousness at all.

So, any one interested?

Yes, I really am blind.
Being Literate is the ability to read and understand a language. When you ask for literate, what you are looking for is Verbosity, which is the ability to use lots of words without actually saying very much... like politicians. I consider myself both literate and verbose.

This sounds fun. I already have a bit of a character concept in mind. He's sort of the only one who realizes how bad they are at what they're doing (though not aware enough to realize how much he actually fails at being a badass himself), but goes along with it anyway since he has a rebellious streak that never really went away and the others involved are the only people actively trying to raise hell. He's in it for the sake of at least trying to do something disruptive.
