Realistic cult leader RP

Hi, I've been reading about modern cult leaders and thought it would be fun to build a story around the idea of one in an erotic setting. Either one of us could play this leader and the other as a female inductee. I am hoping for a lot of character development so we can take our times fleshing out motives, personalities etc. however my erotic themes will be fairly extreme (painful anal penetration, body modification, toilet training, feeding/fattening, mind control etc.)
