Who is CandyCane?

I have been role playing for 17 years now. Please don't let that scare you away. I'm by no means a wordsmith. But I always put my best foot forward. I love to give as much detail as I can. To paint a picture with me words. But I also enjoy giving the reader as well as my partner. A look into the inner thinking of the one that I would play. I do enjoy world building. Having said that, I enjoy to in depth people. To see them go through trials. To either raise above what is before them or to fall under the weight. If you would like to know more about me. Please just ask, I will be happy answer.

Rules!

*Please just don't leave the role play. I understand that life happens. But if going after 2 weeks and I haven't heard from you. I will check to see if you still have interest in the role play. If I don't hear from you after a month I will drop the rp. I have had where to many times people have just dropped the rp. If I see that you are posting to others and not to ours. I will assume you lost interest. I will drop the rp and move on. I'm saying this to be rude. But I'm tired of this.

*Respect me and I will respect you. This I shouldn't have to explain but it does need to be said.

*Don't control MC. I won't control yours. If its little things I don't mind. But when it deals with something major. Please talk to me first.

*Bring your ideas to the plot. I don't want to carry the whole plot by myself. It kills my muse. If I wanted to do that. Then I would just write the story myself.

Plots!

Not all plots are worked out. I would like to work them out with my partner.

Slice of life

1. Uncle and niece were very close to one another. He moved away and it wasn't until she was much older that they got to see each other again. And the day that brought them to together was the death of her parents. She was 18 years old. But she had no one left in the world. He takes her back to live with him. At first they don't know how to act around each other after being away from each other so long. But slowly things start to change. They become close to one another once again. Some would say to close to one another.

2. Her uncle is a police officer/military officer. Her parents are at their wits end with her. They send her to him to try and get her in line. She is a little on the wild side of things. And he will not have her being that way, not is in home. She will learn how to act. He would make sure of that.

3. She never knew her father growing up. Her mother had left her at the doors of the hospital. No one wanted her, until her adoptive parents found her. She was raised in a happy home. She loved  her life. There was nothing that she wanted for. The day that her parents told her that they were not her real parents. It didn't hurt her. She was happy and she loved them as much as she would her real parents. The day came that she would go off to college. And there she met a man that turn her world upside down. She would fall in love with him. But that thing that both of them didn't know. That was her father.

4. He has known her since she was a little girl. His daughter was her best friend. When she wasn't at his house, which was a lot. The families lived next door to each since the girls were small. His marriage was rocky. But he tried his best to keep it together for their daughter. But she was getting sick of his wife and the shit that she was pulling. The girls grew up. Both of them now 19 years old. His daughter didn't want to come home. With all the fighting that her parents would do. But the best friend came home from college. And that is when the dad and best friend become close to one another. She helps him keep his mind off his ruined marriage. She opens a world to him that he long forgot.

Fantasy!

1. She is the only daughter of the king and queen. He is one of the best men in the kings army. So naturally he wouldn't want him to guard his daughter. She is very special but no one but the king and queen know. And in time the knight will know as well. When the world that they know comes crashing down around them.

2. Human knightx Elven Warrior.
(set in a medival setting)
Two  teenagers meet in a forest and bonded rather quickly, spending every moment they could with one another. As they grow into young adults they soon find themselves in love. MC vows to marry the young woman after he has earned enough to provide a proper life and earn his place with her people. He departs from the forest and isn't seen again. War breaks out between the Elves and Human races and on the battlefield the young elven maiden meets a general who turns out to be her lost love.

3. She is a blood slave, the daughter of the rebel leader. He is the oldest and crown price of the vampires, he is blind. For the first time he buys a blood slave. Because he can see for the first time in over a 100 years. All because of her. He treats her better all the other blood slaves. They at some point fall in love with one another. But it won't be that easy for them. Things are going to get bad before they get better.

4. She is the last pure Lilithian, though she doesn't know that she is. She holds the soul of Lilith herself. He is a vampire, a councilman. He is on his 2 year leave from the council when he meets her. The long road they have ahead is not an easy one. People try to kill them, she is kidnapped and hurt.
