I aim to create a life/world you yearn to get back to the second you say goodbye and can't stop thinking about even if its ended.

• Literate, novella style writing. 2-5+ paragraphs, 4 sentences each. I want you to make me see/feel/smell/hear the scene. What is your character thinking?
• Communication. Let me know if you will be busy for days at a time. Don't ghost. Keep the story going. I shouldn't be the only one keeping things interesting.
• Passionate. I want you to thoroughly enjoy the plot, it's better that way. Tell me what gets you going.
• Dominance. Selfless or selfish. I love someone who knows what they want.
• Okay with Reverse Harems. I like my MC to be the center of attention. This isn't a main theme point but may come up.

A new town promises fresh faces, less drama for young MC (me), and a better chance at making something of herself. She's enrolled in the college of her dreams, a full scholarship; nothing could be better. Or so she thought when a reluctant night out leads her to Zain (placeholder name, you). Zain is everything that sets MCs lower regions on fire. Tall, confident, arrogant, and looks like one wrong move could break her spine.
As the night draws on, flirty glances, insatiable touches, and Zain knows he can't let her get away. So, he doesn't. He captures her, even if just for the night, relishing in all that is her from the inside, out.
Their one-night fantasy lingers in both of their minds for the following days. They both had their own intentions, but fate has a funny way of twisting the knife, making them harder to achieve. MC and Zain both find that out when they stumble into class days later to find the other on the opposite side of the desk.
Tensions couldn't get higher until a mysterious stranger with a hobby for film making and photography starts leaving traces of MC and Zain's inappropriate affair around campus. Eerie requests that could get them caught forces MC to be at the will of the blackmailer. Meetings late at night where the blackmailer is the only one in control, traces of a stranger in her off-campus dorm apartment. This stranger infiltrated her peace and her mind, wanting another piece of her to claim for his own, her dignity. All the while Zain can't keep his thoughts off her.

It's been a long time since MC (me) has seen her father (you). He divorced her mother when MC was 19 and now at the age of 23, he wants to reach out to her again. It's not like MC didn't love her father; she just needed space. Turns out no one can put a time frame on that. After a while the calls and texts grew further apart.
A text came into MC's phone one day, her father asking her if she had any plans for the next week. She had just graduated college with a whole summer ahead of her. Yet she found herself replying that she hadn't made plans. Apparently and all new resort opened up, just for families to rekindle their bond in more meaningful ways; her father was invited by a friend. The website looked relaxing and maybe just what MC needed.
Unbeknownst to both MC and her father, this resort wasn't all meditation and trust exercises. It was designed to bring you and your partner together in more intimate ways, or your couple and another. There were masquerade balls, dungeons and 'clothing optional' signs; everything to set your body alight and on fire.
Maybe MC and her father will find out exactly what went wrong and even how to fix it?

A young naive, upper-class lady from the Shore of Lerrona has been promised to man that draws at no strings in her heart. She had been living blissfully unaware of her father's drunken charades at parlors and her mother's growing depression that they were in ruin. When she had figured it out, she was face to face with the hideous and unmannered man her father had promised her too. She was distraught, hopeless, with no other thought than to run away.

A stubborn, headstrong pirate captain and his crew of rag tag men had set sail to Lerrona in hopes of a short respite. It was on their final day docked that a dainty fellow snuck aboard. Unbeknownst to the whole crew, the man's small frame and effeminate features were the result of him hiding under the guise of a man. The man is welcomed aboard as long as he can pull his weight; and if he had never had too before, his first time setting sail would give him a taste. The crew faces deadly seas, storms, and wind of the likes they had never seen. When all hope seems lost, the surviving few find themselves on an island.

This island is unlike anything they thought possible. Small things were huge, creatures thought to be myths, ancient secrets ready to be found, and danger and wonder around every corner. And maybe a shot at banding together and surviving even under the worst circumstances.

Notes

This story is set between the 17th & 18th century and may be considered stereotypical. There are rules and roles for women and men, and society has its opinions. Women couldn't show any skin beyond the acceptable, were lower in status to and dependent on their closest male relative. They should be domestic, submissive, motherly, pious and pure. Pirates were considered as greedy, drunk criminals and bastards. They were seen as arrogant, dirty, ruthless thieves and murderers. You don't have to follow these to the T, take your own liberties.

I would really like to expand on this idea/world further, together. What exactly is happening to the island? How do they find out? Who all is 'they'? What mysteries lie before them? Has anyone been here before and are they still here? Did they leave signs/clues? What about interpersonal and mental conflicts? Maybe they isolate themselves and then come to terms with the fact they have to work together. It's a really exciting plot, leaving room for so much whimsy and maybe even terror.
