An Alternate Smallville

The relationship between Tess Mercer and Clark Kent was something that I never felt got developed to the extent that it could have in the series, so that is something I would like to explore here as something of a "What If" story. The premise is that Tess is the favored child of Lionel Luthor, not Lex. Tess is the one sent to Smallville to gain real world experience, and Tess is the one who accidently hits Clark with her car. Clark could form the friendship he shared with her, but it could evolve into something more. Would the possibility of a romantic relationship be enough to convince Clark to share his secret, despite the fact that his family doesn't trust the Luthors in the slightest? How would things change if Clark came of age with Tess influencing him?

I wouldn't want to recreate the series. After the car accident, I want to go in a completely different direction. This is a whole new world for us to create.

Young Heroics (Looking for a superheroine and occasional damsel in distress)

Matt Richards has a secret. In a world where roughly 1% of the population is born with superhuman abilities, he has two parents who both have superhuman abilities. The combination of their powers has given Matt some very formidable abilities, mostly involving electricity. His strength and endurance are both enhanced, and he has the ability to absorb and direct electricity. He can even teleport himself by turning himself into electricity. Part of Matt wants to use his power like one of the superheroes in the city, but his parents have expressly forbid him from using his powers in public. Matt is willing to live by their rules, at least until on the way home one day he sees his favorite superheroine captured by some villain. The villain is planning on killing her on national tv, so Matt throws on a costume and tries to rescue her. Only after she is free do the two of them manage to overpower the villain and save the day.

I'm looking to form a partnership between Matt and your character, a somewhat more experienced superheroine who is also a classmate of Matt's. She kind of mentors him in what he is doing and helps him find a balance between his "work" and "civilian" life. I would like this to be 50% superheroics and 50% developing their "real" relationship. And, as the title suggests, I think it would be fun to have the female character occasionally become a damsel in distress as some villain uses her as part of his scheme.
