Hello,
   This is my very first group game, so if I make mistakes or forget something, please forgive and lend a helping hand.  This is a game about playing mutated freaks cursed with a need for sex.  Think of “The Guyver” mixed with “The Thing”, but a pornographic reimagining.  You will play a human who lives in Wonder Bread American Town.  You are normal.  You pay taxes.  You might even vote from time to time, and then suddenly, your town is afflicted with a spiritual disease.  A disease that magnifies your darkest, most vile flaws and gives it a mutated form.  And in this new form, you may desire many things but one most of all sex.  You must have it by any means necessary…or you will die.
The idea is that characters will be responsible for spreading his/her SSTD (the first “S” is for spiritual) to another character, and then they will spread it to others.  The best way to do this is sex.  Consensual, Non-consensual, Straight, Gay, Missionary, Mouth-Fuck, anything will do.  You will use your newfound powers to aid you, and when the human character is infected, they will mutate and contract the same desperate need but with their own twist.

*New Addition:  Listening to good advice, you may start off as an infected character, a soon to be infected character, or a never infected character.

Once I get enough people interested, I'll post the OOC with details on how the system will work.  Just know for now that a whole city will burn with the passion of three-armed, frog-tounged, mind-raping mutants.  Enjoy!

I do think it may need some work structure wise though.  If you start with one mutant out of, say, seven players what do the other six people do while the mutant is passing along its disease to victum #1?  Making players wait for something to happen/a chance to play often results in a lot of quick dropping in my experience.

And of course perhaps there are a few immune? players that just want to have their human role ravaged raped and possible kept captive by the mutant character.  Just offering a means to feed alot of players interests.

I welcome the advice.  I was wondering if a slow infection would put off players, and I guess so.  I'll take your advice and offer the option of starting off mutated, being human and becoming mutated, or being human and being immune.  However, the immune types will have to be the "holier than thou", "iron will", or "Happy As Can Be" types, being that the infection is actually a spiritual parasite looking for a soul with a hole in it.

It's very possible.  Just remember that in addition to new cool powers, you'll have some sucky weaknesses too.  Perhaps the latex creature is allergic to starch?  IDK, but you get the idea.

My list of Powers and Taints (drawbacks) are up to the interpretation of the players.  This game is based on the White Wolf World of Darkness "Fomori: Freak Legion" sourcebook, and while it is a little more strict, I will not be.  If you want to be a lizard, then perhaps your super strong devil armor is made of reptilian scales...or your dark sight is actually heat sensing slitted eyes.

Just read the wiki info on the game.  Seems cool.  Perhaps after this game, I'll read the book and start something for it.  I've ST'd for Fomori in the past, and it usually goes pretty well.  However, I do usually have to manipulate the rules in order to fit it into my vision.  So, I'll look into nightbane.

The nature of being a fomor is that the bane is gradually "consuming" its host to eventually replace it.  That's a more technical explanation.  The more spiritual one is that the foreign negative energy affects the host, influencing it to become a more evil version of itself.  So, your character would still be himself/herself the whole time, just a darker reflection.

So...I guess the answer is "yes", so long as your character isn't wanting to be a good guy.

If a female character were immune by virtue of being... well, too virtuous, could she have some ability to heal and/or destroy the creatures? Perhaps she could... screw them into healthiness? ~giggles~

I imagined a righteous woman leading a normal, pious life at the beginning of the infection, but then suffering a vicious NC interlude that ends in the monster healing/reverting to human. Despite the horror of her experience, she could eventually (after several more attacks) come to believe that she has been selected to to do the Lords' work and heal all these evil monsters with the power of her heavenly womanhood. I'm sure the disease will spread faster than she can hope to cure it, but I could imagine her holding out faith until the bitter end. Poor, deluded girl.

Not sure if that would fit into your world. If not, a standard, immune victim-type character would still be fun.

In accordance to current wishes, I'm waving the whole 5 point limit thing.  You can make a character with as many Powers as you want, so long as you balance it out with just as much Taints.  And if you want a Power or a Taint that I've not listed, then make one up...just ask me for approval first.  In RP terms, I'd prefer that you play them out as a gradual process rather than a spontaneous generation.

So like always, if you have an idea or see a problem with my game I didn't think of, please tell me.  I'm willing to work with you guys to make a better story.

I figure my char Liv is going to be a pretty unstable gal. Maybe with a method to the madness, but it's not a guarantee. I originally wanted to give her a derangement called Kleptomania(obsessive need to steal things), but I decided to save it for later if I make a second character and if the GM likes it.

Awesome! Look forward to interacting with her in the future. Tess is a girl that doesn't really know her place in the world, she just kinda floats from one situation to the next. This is the first time she will actually feel alive, and she doesn't know whether the possession is the best thing that happened to her, or if its the worst, but she's prepared to ride it out to the end, one way or another.

Admittedly I am kind of interested but I was thinking of an Incubus that's going out of his way to infect as many women as he can and I'm not sure the gender balance the game has at present can handle that.
