Fun in the library (F looking for M or F)

Kathy loves to have fun, and in particular, she loves doing risque things. Ever since she started College her breasts became on the large size, and her sexual drives became quite common. One thing she loves doing is tease guys, and she does that by wearing skimpy clothing. Her skirts are always pretty short, and her shirts are often opened up more than they should be. She's even exposed herself a few times, although never to a lot of people, or folks that she knew. Today, she decided to go to the school library and have some fun. Dressing in her typical short skirt with a short sleeves blouse with several buttons undone and no bra, she turned quite a few eyes before she ended up on the third floor where no one was around. There, she went ahead and removed her blouse, placing it on a window border and roaming around the place completely topless. This was a huge thrill for her, never knowing if there would be someone who might she her when she turned a corner. After roaming around the third floor for a few minutes, she only saw two people and was fairly certain they only managed to see a side boob, at the most. But when she went back to get her blouse, suddenly the noise from someone coming up a nearby staircase surprised her, and she dropped her blouse out the open window, down into the bushes outside. Panicked, now topless and stuck on the third floor of a crowded library, Kathy doesn't know what to do next...

For this RP I will play Kathy, the girl who enjoys exposing herself, and I need someone to play a F or M character who will spot her predicament and take advantage of her. I'm fine with most things, from blackmailing her, to forcing her to have sex or humiliating her. Kathy has no top and is stuck in a very crowded building, and your character will be her only hope.
