I'm not too too familiar with the setting or anything, and I'm not too experienced with GM'ing, so player please. ;)

I wouldn't mind. Joining as either a player or maybe GM'ing. I think using a simple D6 based sheet would work quite simple.
Win, you get several options to choose based on the opponent's anatomy. Lose, you get something done based on your anatomy.
NPC's and attitudes might be a little more difficult, but seems doable still
