Erik Enquist

Name: Erik Enquist Age: 19 years old House: Ravenclaw 3rd year Hair: Blonde Eyes: Bright green Height: 6'2" Build: Muscular Blood Status: Half-Blood Personality: Tall and handsome, Erik is the type of fellow who has seemingly had life handed to him on a silver platter. Athletic and strong, Erik has always done well in sports, but never truly so well as to really stand out. It is the same with academic pursuits, he is more than able to get by easily, and would perhaps be outstanding if he applied himself, although he certainly seems happy with what he has, so he can find no reason. Since he has been sorted in the brainy Ravenclaw house though, he has had to step up his studying immensely. Good natured and easy going for the most part, Erik is above all else loyal, which has certainly stood him in good stead when it came to the strange case of Clarity Maxwell, the American girl. Since then Erik has developed a very strong protective streak, not just for Clarity but in general as well, that stand him in good stead, or sometimes do him very wrong. Bullying and arrogance of all forms gets right under his skin, which has caused him no end of trouble with the members of Slytherin over the years. A little Deeper: Erik is the product of the happy couple Johan and Ilisa Enquist and the happy home they have provided. Although Johan was away quite often working and designing oil platforms, Erik's happiest memories are from times when both his parents were around, and the time they spent together. While the Enquist family was far from wealthy, they were not exactly hurting for money either, so they were able to send young Erik to mostly private schools, his mother afraid that if he followed in her footsteps and began to display magical tendencies, it could get away from them before them were able to get a handle on it and get him sent to the right school. A graduate of Durmstrang, Erik's mother had very little besides bad memories of her time there, and thus was determined beyond all reason that should Erik be magical, he would be sent to Hogwarts to study. When Erik's abilities did appear, his mother was immensely relieved, even convincing his father to move them to England while Erik attended the JWA, a idea very foreign to her, but keeping the family close. Erik did rather well in the JWA, finding a bit of himself in casting magic that had always felt pent up before. While at JWA Erik was popular, both for his burgeoning abilities and his easy going friendly nature. Another side of Erik made and appearance when it came to the strange case of Clarity Maxwell. An American girl of not little ability, and certainly able to be pretty if she wanted, it seemed she was to be the class punching bag. Now, Erik was just fine with a little ribbing now and then, but when the jokes began crossing the line into bullying and cruelty, Erik had enough. It only took bouncing the head of the lead instigator against the bricks a few times for the jokes to stop, least when either of those two were around to hear it. It did not take long after that before the two became friends, and while Clarity's story was as tragic as Erik's was simple and happy, the boy subconsciously at first and then quite intentionally appointed himself the girls protector. Erik swears that this is simply what he would do for any friend, although deep down inside he knew that perhaps that was not wholly true. Since then, and particularly since coming to Hogwarts, Erik has come to worry more and more about Clarity's nightly activities, even as he has come to rely on her more and more for his own studies.

Thaddeus Kennsington

Name: Thaddeus Kennsington (Windsor), Esquire Nickname: Tad Birthdate: May 12th 1995 House: Ravenclaw 2nd year Hair: Black Eyes: Green Height: 5'10" Weight: 180 lbs Blood Status: Half-Blood Appearance: Appearance: Of average height, weight, and coloring, Tad would more than likely never really stand out in a crowd. He is always dressed impeccably, having been raised to take great care in his appearance. Tad's one form of rebellion against is his tendency to let himself get a bit scruffy where his facial hair is concerned, although he is always clean shaven when returning from vacation or leaving for it, showing he isn't THAT rebellious. Tad is in very good shape, taking good care of his body with long daily runs, and swims when the weather permits. Personality: Tad Kennsington is a rather well to do fellow, having been brought up in the lap of luxury, and has a self assured self confidence that can border on the edge of arrogance. Tad tends to think highly of himself, but is not one to shove another's face in it. He may, or may not, think he is better than you in some ways, but would think it crass to act that way. Instead, Tad tends to be very friendly and outgoing, despite where ones station may land. Indeed, since his magical abilities were discovered, he has eaten a bit of humble pie since he has been thrust into a world where he is not the center of attention like his first ten years of life, and where he knows practically nothing. Still Tad has a very quick mind, and while it is usually as quick with a laugh as he is with a joke, he tends to focus his minds ability into academic pursuits. It has not escaped Tad that he will be the first male in his family to graduate (he hopes) from Hogwarts, and he hopes to make his family name as proud in the magical community as it is in the muggle one. Tad has focused himself FULLY into the wizarding world, having decided in his first year at Hogwarts that this was the path his life shall take. Tad is intensely curious, and will try just about anything once, particularly if it is magical. A little Deeper: Tad is very distantly related to the Muggle Royal Family of Great Britain. His father is related by blood to the Windsor family, although the path it has taken is more than enough to give even a Royal scholar a headache, and to say that there is no chance of succession would qualify for a world shattering understatement. Basically, it merely means that Thaddeus' family owns a large swath of land in Wales, on which stands the large 'country home' that is the family estate. Thaddeus' father, Basil Kennsington, is a well mannered banker in London, but in his younger days was a bit of a playboy and a rake, hence the distancing from the Royal family, and the fact that he does not (translation: is 'strongly encouraged to not ever') use the name Windsor in any shape or form except in never to be seen legal documents of land ownership. A little less than two years before Tad was born, Basil met the very lovely Aleena Fournier, a French Witch in London on her own business of 'sowing her own wild oats'. After a whirlwind romance, that still continues rather hotly to this day, Basil and Aleena were married, and a few months later, Aleena was pregnant with Thaddeus. During the first ten years of his life, the abilities of his mother were kept from Tad, although his Father was aware of course, and it was only once strange events began happening around him that Aleena suspected he was a wizard. While she might have preferred acceptance to her alma mater of Beauxbatons, the letter for the JWA and finally Hogwarts were both pleasing to his parents. Since then, Tad has lived in a flat in London during the school years, and has bounced between there and Wales on his vacations.

Connor Warrington

Name: Connor Warrington Age: April 1st 1992 House: 5th year/Sophomore Uni, Hufflepuff Hair: BRown Eyes: Green Height: 6'2" Weight: 190 lbs Blood Status: Half-Blood Personality: Connor is perhaps what one would think of when they thought of what the absent minded professor was like as a student. Or perhaps a savant without the idiot. No, no, perhaps the genius recluse, solving the worlds issues, locked away in his tower where no one will see his great works until too late…no, no, that’s far too morbid, isn’t it, Ceci? Dashingly handsome, Connor is…what? Well, no that’s not a personality trait, per se, but still warrants mentioning. Fine. Fine. I’ll just say what everyone else says. Connor is a totally nutter, but a right laugh if you get to know him. There. Bland as pudding. Despite being seemingly unable or unwilling to think of things in anything resemblign the normal way, Connor is actually quite intelligent and very magically adept. This is well balanced by his complete misunderstanding and comically bad misinterpreting or operating anything muggle. While friendly enough, although not nearly so as his twin, Connor has a tendency towards brutal honesty in a way that is at bet social awkward, and at worst, deeply offending. While he fully understands the full range of human emotions, perhaps more than others in fact, he does fail to see at times how people get from one to the other, causing him a good amount of surprise. Family: Fraternal twin to Cecilia Warrington. Muggle father and pure blood mother, unfortunately the result of an affair that got hushed in order to keep the family name intact. Yes, they are aware of this. Connor, he and Ceci have decided, must look exactly like their absentee, horridly Muggle Father. The obvious difference in Connor's coloring has done little to endear him to anyone else with his last name, particularly of the male variety. They lived in London, in a flat with a housekeeper and a nanny since they started JWA, (alone since they turned 18) and haven't been "home" since.
