The story is set in a conservative catholic neighbourhood. She is happily married with two kids. The lady is sweet elegant graceful fallen on bad times with her husband loosing his fortune in stocks and the whole family sinking in bad debts. The worst has come now, she has got sell off notices for her house..car ..nothing would be retained. Her children, her inlaws and her dear husband who is deep into depression and drugs will be on streets. her debts to the company have mounted to $150000. She has no way to pay it back , except for pleading to her boss who is a very good family friend outside office for help , infact she knows she will have to beg for a grant of $150000.

    Eric is neighbourhood orphan who made big in the world with a couple of patents . Now he is a billionaire but still stays in the neighbourhood in a small house with no family. He has been a frequent visitor to her husband's family as this family has been very kind to him. On his visits there he has seen what he believes to be the most caring and loving wife and mother ....his secretary.  he finds her to be the most beautiful, elegant  caring and loving lady he has ever seen.  Professionally too she has been a pillar of support even as his secretary ...she is more...she is his guide...friend philiosopher...he never overturns her advice. But she doesnt know how badly he wants her ..he loves her...he wants to raise his family with her. He has promised himself if he ever fathers any child , it will be hers. He has never been fond of girls but woman. he hated skinny models ..and loved woman with curves ...post pregnancy hips , in fact he just loves elegant graceful catholic ladies..with a mature head.

    but when she needs a very big grant from him to save her family her children from ruin..he puts his conditions.... and those will shock the lady
