I was about to start this one when my partner had to back out so I am looking for a woman who wants to play it out.  Could be either a one shot or longer RP and I am open to suggestions if you want to modify your character, who I have named "Jennifer".  My thinking is that it starts out N/C through threat of job loss, but then she begins to enjoy her treatment. Anthony Sacco owned and operated one of Chicago’s most successful boutique real estate firms. Sacco and Associates specialized in high end properties, from downtown high rise condominiums to sprawling mansions in the northwest suburbs. The niche he operated in the marketplace was recession proof, since even in the worse of times fortunes merely changed hands and the new wealth was eager to engage in some conspicuous consumption at the expense of the old wealth. 

At 45 years old, Tony has already been through two failed marriages, the last of which ended a year ago. His first marriage was to his high school sweetheart and lasted 10 years and produced a son who was now in his last year of law school. It seemed that the more success he met with the further apart he grew from his wife. It also did not help maters that Tony was weak when it came to resisting the charms of an attractive woman, and in his chosen field there were plenty of opportunities, many of which he did not pass up.  His second marriage lasted two years. He took a trophy wife and he was more than glad to see her gone even if it cost him $100,000 for each year they were married.

Sacco and Associates currently employed two sales associates as well as an office manager. When it came to business Tony was a control freak. He kept his hands in every aspect of the business and was extremely protective of his client base, which was a who’s who of the areas wealthiest individuals, ranging from celebrities to artists, and to politicians. One of his associates, Jeff, has been with him for 10 years. Jeff was extremely bright and engaging and the fact that he was gay certainly helped the firm’s position within the city’s artistic and fashion community. The other sales associate, Jennifer, has only been with the office for 3 months. Soon to be 30, this is her first job selling real estate but she is no stranger to the field. Upon graduating from a well known NYC fashion and design college, Jennifer worked for a few high end interior design firms in New York before she decided to move to the Chicago area to be closer to her family.  Jennifer was very talented and Tony saw the opportunity to increase his property staging services and use her design talents on both the "buy" and "sell" ends of the business. It certainly did not hurt that she was also a very attractive woman with a body that bordered on the voluptuous. Among his clientele, there was always an appreciation for intelligence combined with looks.

As he did with all new employees over the years during the first 6 moths of employment, Tony has installed a tracking device on Jennifer’s office computer hook up, and he was able to monitor her usage. The device even worked if she used her own laptop or smartphone through the office’s wi-fi network.  He insisted on compete loyalty and confidentiality among his employees. Even an otherwise innocent e-mail divulging any details about a client or a property which was not known to the public, or any derogatory comment about the firm itself, would be cause for immediate dismissal. Jennifer was very well paid compared to others in similar positions. Her base salary alone was more than many others made on yearly commissions. He did not want the pressure of having to sell a property take away from her design talents. He knew she would make the firm significant money just by assisting him in obtaining listings he might not otherwise get, and he would reward her with bonuses.

Arriving at the office before anyone else at his usual 8 a.m., Tony sipped a cup of coffee as he switched on his laptop to check on Jennifer's computer usage over the past few days. What he saw both disturbed and intrigued him. It seems that she has been in the office late the past two days, and did some web surfing. He hit the links and each one took him to a site which catered to either masturbation or BDSM.
