The show revolves around a law student whose parents can no longer pay her tuition.   So she must rely on a cheerleading scholarship.

Character name: Marti Perkins (played by Aly Michalka).

In this version a paper work screw up results in the last scholarship being gone after she thinks she has won it.

As the Assistant Athletic Director is apologizing for the screw up, in a moment of desperation she blurts out she can make it worth his while if another scholarship is created for her.

Of course he is intrigued with her offer.

It starts off as straight vanilla sexual favors.  But he soon realizes the power he has over her and he starts to lead her out of her comfort zone.
