Wow... Time Force is running some pretty depressing Dystopian undertones :/

The future is all about beauty and cryogenetically freezes all criminals for any crime... most of those criminals are Mutants that they created in their search for genetic perfection. They shun them for being ugly, drive them to a life of crime and then hunt them down and treat them like monsters. Hell, they lead about the main villain, the first Mutant, in a metal collar and shackles, at his own trial, and people cheered when he was of course sentenced to life on ice.

And now I come to an episode where the monster of the day is... scared and whimpering and harmless and was only frozen because it stole some food, food which it could have bought but no one would sell to a hideous freak :/

The fuck? Who am I supposed to be siding with her? The smug Nazi's or the rightfully pissed Mutants?

The hell?! It just tried to kill itself so it wouldn't be mindfucked into hurting people... the same people who are hunting it with guns. Did PR go off it's meds when my back was turned?

Any hope that the Rangers are going to lead a revolution against the anti-monster status quo and create a new government based on fluffy bunnies and rainbows tolerance and mutual respect?

Doubt it, the series is set in 2001. The beauty obsessed police world is 3001. st send them their Zords through a time portal.

Ah, good ol' sentai teams. Now, the funny, yet bad fact is... apparently ex Power Rangers either become murderers, porn stars, or damn sexy tattooed men.

I want more of the latter, please. :3

I thought the murderer was simply an extra, not one of the actual Rangers.  (Saw one like that on my true crime shows - involved a yacht sale theft, and might not be the one you're talking about.)

Nah, that was the red ranger from my understanding.

They skipped episodes one and two, and instead showed three. >:( For no readily-apparent reason.

It's like Nickelodeon wants the show to fail...

:/ I know, it felt so weird...it felt like we just came in the middle for some reason, with only some kind of flimsy explanation for backstory...I wonder why.

I'm guessing there was a last minute alteration or censorship made to the first two and they couldn't finish in time.

Probably a bunch of references to Japanese culture that the network execs thought would be 'confusing' or something...  As if starting at episode 3 isn't confusing already. ::)

I have to ask, please forgive me.

Does your Avatar have a big vagina or is that a set of testicles bulging in her plugsuit?

Given that my avatar is actually a guy?  Well, I think you know the answer by now. :P

*thinks that question would have been better if it were asked over PMs*

Oo; Which purple one?  Or, well, I'm guessing there's only one purple one, but I want to know which one you're referring to, just in case...

I'm guessing the original one. Like from the old school power rangers.

The only Ranger to have a purple (they called it 'Violet') outfit was the Wolf Ranger in Jungle Fury, played by David de Lautour, who also played Michael Cypher in Legend of the Seeker.  IMDB has no information on whether or not he's gay.

Hmm maybe it wasn't the purple one. Was it the black one?

There were lots of black rangers.  Maybe it would be easier if you checked out the list here, so that we're all working with the same scorecard.

I think the Big Bad for Power Rangers Samurai is one of the best...if only his attitude. He wants things done, and he wants them done NOW.

Plus I loved how he threw a mook at another mook just because he was angry. xD
