I think everyone's being atiny wit bit too harsh. I may not agree with the guy but i can understand where he's coming from. Sexual desires and or lust is something that really controls human beings and if it was possible to focus that energy towards something else it would really make whatever we were trying to do easier. Let's look back at 1984 for example. The whole idea was to eliminate basic human needs and replace them with the needs of the party and it worked. Because of the fact people were denied sex and or skinship and didn't even know anything of yet they were more productive and there energy was put to uses the party decided was "good".

Anyway what i'm trying to say is what he says makes sense it's just not really ethical or realistic or desired.
