Thanks for the confirmation on allowing another catfolk. As for your question, I would usually play female characters, though I've tried playing a male once or twice (which admittedly was kind of fun) and once gender neutral (warforged are also fun).
Also, am I reading the first post right? Stats a full 5d6 AND reroll the lowest two dice? Or is it reroll the lowest two scores? Seems a little bit too powerful, so please correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm having a little trouble with feat selection (a couple I'd been thinking of that would have been thematically nice for the character, but most people don't actually like them) and my third invocation. I should have a sheet for you once I'm sure about the stat selection.
Sorry sorry sorry for going on about crunch, I just didn't want to make too much of a fool of myself when I submit a sheet for approval.
So anyway, basic BASIC character concept, not entirely fleshed out until I'm clear on the setting/plot, I was considering styling the potential catfolk warlock after a shaman of sorts, a mystic that uses powers granted to her by an ancient tribal ritual rather than the general warlock patron being an eldritch abomination from beyond the veil of reality or a demon... then again, who's to say the tribe's deity isn't one of those in disguise?
While I'm on the subject, may I ask what you had in mind for the plot, or would you prefer to play your cards close to your chest for now and surprise your lucky players when you start?
