Who can make avatars..?

Was wondering as I had a few images that I tried to resize, but failed.

For future reference, online image editors like

can also help you do simple edits to your images, if you only have something like Paint available on your computer.

If you have a http://photobucket.com/ account, their site now has quite a few online editing tools, cropping and resizing being a very simple process now.

They are a non-adult site though, no nudity of any kind is allowed but as most of my collection is clean I still keep 90% of it there.
