*grins* Oh no - there would be more to it on my part than just the woman's breast size I can assure you of that. After all, a woman could have the most perfect breasts ever, but that would be totally pointless if she was so much of a prude that she stuck to the missionary position with the lights off!

Watcho talkin' aboot, fool? You can still feel them! :)

*Laughs* I meant that big breasts are no fun if the woman they are attached to doesn't have much of a sex drive, or an imagination!

But yes, I concede your point!

Yeah, if they have great tits they better let me play with them, or I will throw a hissy fit, or whatever it's called.

Me, I love Nick Cave, but might be to mellow for you.

Mmm hmm, that I do!

Swedish Steel - I'll give him a listen to. Even if he is a bit mellow I might enjoy it for listening to on those moments I'm not bouncing off the walls! Cheers for the suggestion!

I didn't see any mention of Tool by anyone - they fit the catagory - also, one of my personal favorites is a band called Pet - they only ever put out one album, but it rocks really hard - they have a girl singer too - i don't know what she looks like, but her voice is ultra sexy =)

Can't believe I forgot Tool, like I said my mind ain't working right. Not sure about Tony but I might check out Pet if I get a chance. I enjoy female leads that can rock, Flyleaf is another good band with a female lead. She's cute to, not exactly sexy I guess but her voice does rock.

Type O Negative is good to, though a few of their songs can go on almost ten minutes or so. Christian Woman, Be My Druidess and My Girlfriend's Girlfriend rock.

Alice in Chains has some good ones, can't really think of a song I don't like from them.

Alice in Chains rock, my stomach turns when I hear one of those fuckers that tries to copy them. Poor Lane...

Breaking Benjamin, Sevendust, Ill Nino, Nonpoint, Chevelle, Unloco, Motorgrater, Grade 8 Thousand Foot Krutch, and Nickleback.

Try a couple of those. The heavier end of those is Sevendust, Unloco, Motorgrater and Ill Nino. Although they along with Nonpoint have some Latin flair.

And TFK, Nickleback, BB, Chevelle and Grade 8 are all towards the less "Metalish" Beats and more Rock.

Good luck

A.F.I. has some good ones, though as I've been nagged, yes his voice sounds as pretty as a girl's. As a matter of fact the lead singer is pretty enough to be a girl. But still they have some great stuff as well.

Ah plenty of band names here to keep me searching and listening for a good while - chalk up NIN, Nickelback and Nightwish on the 'already known but forgot to name' list though ;)

I love Planet Hell by Nightwish - very epic and strikes me a perfect sci-fi/fantasy 'battle music'. Not too much of a NIN fan though - they just never 'clicked' with me for some reason...

A big thank you to everyone who has mentioned a band - even if I have heard of a couple of 'em before!

Ok, not so much a specific music recommendation as a means to find what you like:

www.pandora.com

For those who've never heard of the site: What they've done is make a sort of "Music Genome", i.e analyze all types of music and break it down into the elements that make it up (e.g rock/pop, instrumental/vocal, eletric/accoustic and loads loads more of course).

What you do is make 'stations' based on your own taste (just add as many bands/singers/songs as you like), they see what kind you like and just start streaming music that should match that back at you. You get details for every song streamed (artist/song/album), and can give a 'thumbs up/thumbs down' to any choice they make, to further fine-tune that station.

All in all, a great site everyone should check out.

Uhm Krezip, Dutch rock band, there pretty good. Some of there music is kinda sad and slow, but plenty of hard-rock as well :)

Within Temptation - Dutch Goth/Metal band, lots of solo's thrown through there work, some fast, some slow. But always very good quality music.

(And yes I'm plugging Dutch bands :P)

Also.. uhm Children of Bodom? Plenty of fast music, well maybe too fast *Giggles*

Metallica as said before.
Mötorhead.
Tenacious D.

Amon Amarth.
and other assorted bands from the scandinavian region :)
