The diagram he uses has some intriguing similarities to Kabbalah, and the concepts of string theory have a lot in common with some shamanic beliefs...

Err, I should probably qualify this with a disclaimer of some sort.

The dimensions described in the video don't cover the spacial microdimensions that string theory requires.  It's just an example of what you could consider to be a dimension, and the sort of things you would find along it. This is more appropriate in a discussion talking about certain oddities of quantum mechanics and the "Arrow of Time" business, and some multidimensional theories break off along these lines.  They are generally the most ridiculued, as well.
