Missing PMs

I've had several potential writing partners stop responding to PMs in a very unexpected fashion. I've had a problem with PMs going missing before and I'm concerned it's happening again. Could one of the staff look into it?

Do the PMs still exist in your sent folder?

You'll have to tell me who you sent them to. Sometimes people just end up missing them.
