Anyone know where to find online free courses. You know where you log in and pick what you learn. You get grades and lean math for free?

Is there a specific type of math you're looking for? College level (calculus, statistics, probability, linear algebra, differential equations), high school (algebra, geometry, trigonometry)...?

Thank you for that link. The banking and finance section was fascinating, and fun to watch with my cellphone. :)

These are not what i`m looking for. I am looking for getting real grades and signing into my accounts to work on math.

I don't know if such a course exists - one that is tuition-free, but also gives you grades on your progress, assignments, and exams. That might just be the cynic in me, but teaching for a free academy that gets no financial resources from its students is most likely not at the top of the job-list prospects for an aspiring teacher/professor.

If you're really strapped for cash, the cheapest option that I know of would be a local community college.

Indeed. The local community college might have beginner-level math courses as online or blended (mostly online with only some campus time) courses.

If you are looking for an online math course that will give you grades and support and whatnot, best look at that, or look at things like University of Phoenix.

If you are looking for a FREE online math course that does that, then the closest you will get is Khan Academy, which does provide problems if you log in and tell it to do so.
