Topic: Picture links in signature

I'm trying to use pictures in my signature connected to links, but every time I save it the entire code for picture disappears and the link doesn't show up anymore. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? This is the format I'm using



It works in messages but not in my signature.
