A couple of ideas I wanted to try.
What rough Beast...
A once noble man has been cursed to become a Lycan. He lives on the fringes of civilization with only the beasts and teh monsters to keep him company. Then a beauty appeared on his castle step. She was lost and defenseless. He was the only one who could protect her, and perhaps she was the only one who could save him. (A retelling of the classiv 'Beauty and the Beast')
The Knights Return.
A knight returns from war to be reuniited with the princess he was childhood friends with. As a relative unknown in the court, he is assigned to be her secret bodyguard. Can he protect her from the enemies of the crown? Will he remain true to his honor and duty? Or will he succumb to his heart's desire?
