Just checking if anyone has any healthy food ideas. I'm currently seeing a chef (who is big on lean, healthy foods) but I can only get him to cook for me once a week. Anyone got some ideas?
Like this is my breakfast:
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese - 140 calories
1/2 cup blackberries - 37
1/2 cup blueberries - 41
Total - 218 cal (if my math is right) and tastes great :)
