Spontaneusly Changing Signature

The subject is a gross exaggeration.  I just noticed that my signature, which used to be a hyperlink, is now code.  Has the site changed its HTML rules or something?  I'm not very savvy with code so I haven't the foggiest what to do to fix it.  @.@
