What do I need to download to be able to see those characters?

I have Unicode (UTF-8) which seems to activate when I visit a site in primarily Asian characters.  I could have sworn I had a TrueType Kanji font somewhere, but I wasn't able to locate it, so I'm betting on the Unicode.

In Eden's Effing Awesome thread , there is a pack of 510 fonts, which includes several Japanese and Chinese fontsets.  I uploaded it there.  Here is a direct link if you want it.  Just unzip the pack, place the fonts in your windows font folder.
