A fun and rather silly edge game with a blend of old horror movies think the Hammer Films and the more cheesy modern horror movies. You will be part of a loose group of international monster hunters that well fight monsters - ghouls, vamps, mummys, ghosts, gremlins, mean old neighbor ladies and witches are examples.

Since its a fun game I'm going to use the RISUS RPG rules with some "house rules" to make it more realistic. God did I say that when using RISUS. 

House Rules:

Hunter Edge Cards: You get one plus one per cliche' at 3 or 4 Dice, it allows one automatic success for one narrow application of that cliche'. Say you have Intrepid Vampire Hunter and want to take Stake Vamp it will let you auto-stake any vamp not a major monster without any rolls. But they are used up for the adventure when used. And you won't always know what the monster is your hunting.


All players must take the Cliche' MHS Member (3) it covers the broad and basic education you have in hunting and the like monsters. Other than that you should put 4 Dice in one specialty some examples Ordained Minister, Weapon-Expert, Psychic, Occult Expert, Actress-Model, Techno-Hunter (uses gadgets and field made inventions to fight the supernatural), Avatar (a minor angel in dead body, no longer exactly dead), Witch, Adventurer etc.
