Is there a certain file size limit? Like 1mb, 2mb, that kind of thing?

I think I set it at 256k, not sure >_>

Should be big enough for any non-animated image.

Go to your profile and on the menu that runs up the left hand side click Forum Profile.  That gives you all of the options for uploading and setting your Avatar.  If you need more help than that feel free to PM me.
