"No, it wasn't her time to go -- it couldn't have been her time to go if she was only just turning 18," replied Robin sarcastically.

"Listen, why do you think it happened?  Young women don't just die, sis ... people are to blame when that happens.  It's something we have to think about."

He picked up his fork and began eating again, hiding his agitation as best he can.

"I honestly don't know. The police did a search and the hospital an autopsy. I don't have all the answers." She wished she did so he would be more at ease but this was not easy for her talking about it.

"Inconclusive," he sneered bitterly, "I can't stand the thought of it."

He resumed eating, briefly, but he hadn't calmed down yet.

"Don't you think it was strange what happened?  The police are useless, I could tell what I think happened, and you'd hate me for it, but I could tell you."

He noticed he had been waving his fork as he spoke; he knew he was making his sister uncomfortable.  Robin gingerly placed the fork down on the plate, embarrassed and quiet.

All she was doing was saying what was on her mind. True, the police had come up with nothing but was she killed or just died on her own? Now he was waving the fork around and she moved back in case his anger got worse. "I guess you can tell me." She said quietly.

Robin looked again into the eyes of his sister, clenching his jaw, he decided this would be the time to say something.

"Do you remember that day?  You were at a job interview and she and I were on holiday, at home together.  You and I were having a bit of a fight at the time and as she always would, she spent most of the day trying to calm me down.  Do you remember what she and I went that day?"

(Sorry don't know what to put there. Hmm I have an idea tell me if it's wrong and I'll switch it.)

Slowly she took a deep breath trying to remember what those words were. "She never wanted to see me again at least not when she was alive." Does he think she killed her own sister? That couldn't be she did no such thing. Why would she kill her? Slowly she lifted her head up and looked at her brother.
