I was wondering if anyone in the know on such things could whip up a Dummie's Guide to Using Art Found On The Internet. Most specifically regarding doing so on Elliquiy and the Ellwiki.

Basically, I'd say - where possible, ask first. And if possible, give credit to the artist (if you can find the artist, basically).
