Forget all the fancy classes this game uses the core PHB classes, core races (no Drow Elves they are not listed) and very simple framework for players wanting to go old school a bit and use DnD 3.0 rules in the main.
Clerics serve under the Great Powers one the Powers of Darkness [Evil], one the Powers of Light [Good] and the Powers of Gray [Neutral, not attached to evil or good]. Druids serve the Powers of Nature. They are divine forces and clerics get patrons among them based on the domains they take and alignment, Druids serve the Powers of Nature which is Neutral, Good and Evil depending on the Druid. You can call your cult or whatever anything you like its still attached to one of these but many options are around.
Note this is not going to have Prestige Classes, races outside those in the PHB 1 but am open to domains as long as you can post a source and I approve it. Traits are fine from the UA, options for core classes from there are fine but I'm keeping this simple.
The game will take place in the City of Mists a great city steeped in mists and on several land and the major sea in the region. Rulers are the High Lord, the Merchants Council and the Rogues Guild (if not officially) and the overall city alignment is LN. But many different folks are present and the Great Forest of Grandelor home of the Elven Folk is nearby the city which is generally CG.
People willing to risk their lives for money and fame can always find a way to earn a living.
The campaign will be urban and non-urban based centered on the city as the base of operations.
