Hey,
I'm new to E (just made my account today). I don't know how to change my profile image and I don't see the option to change it or add one.

Hi! Welcome to E!

That sort of thing along with signatures, etc., is restricted to approved members! If you go through the approval process you'll be able to do all of that! :)
