Getting a 'This page isn’t working' when clicking on my Sent messages

I hope this day finds you well. I seem to have lost my sent messages. Whenever I click on that I get the error below. I'm not sure how long this has been going on, I just noticed it. Any aid would be welcome

Have you tried deleting the browser cache?

My apologies for not saying that. I've tried deleting cache from the browser and also trying it in Chrome, Edge and Firefox and get the same results.

It sounds like you've attempted to relog as well as clear out cache/cookies?

I'm admittedly not the site host but I can kick this up to someone who might be a bit more able to help.

That's curious...

If you tried it on 3 browsers, it sounds like an IP problem.

Try flushing the DNS?

1. Press Start/Windows key, type in cmd
2. Run as admin
3. Type in - ipconfig /flushdns
4. May want to restart

I did that and restarted. Still getting the same message for Sent items.

How about doing a router restart?

Just did a router power cycle and still no luck.

I've alerted other staff who may be able to help you more - as far as I can see on my end, there's no issues that should be preventing you from accessing your sent messages.
