There's a little yellow exclamation point over the cloud icon on the lower right.  It says my one drive is 86% full.  I never intentionally put anything in there, except my Sims 2 custom content folder, though that got cut and pasted to the game file on my computer, at least I think.

It's awesome that I still have some pictures from my old computer that crapped out on me 2 years ago, but this is confusing the ever loving hell out of me.  I tried deleting stuff I didn't want anymore.  Is everything on my computer in the one drive thing?  How can I fix that?  Are they just trying to get me to buy more storage space?

Hey Azy, you might want to check which folders are syncing:
Spoiler: Click to Show/Hide
—Right-click the OneDrive cloud icon and go to Settings → Sync and Backup → Manage backup (or “Choose folders” depending on your version).
—You’ll see a list showing which folders—like Desktop, Documents, and Pictures—are set to sync.
—If there are folders you don’t need backed up, you can turn that off.
—Just make sure to pick the option to keep the files on your device so you don’t accidentally lose anything from your PC.

If you need to free up space on your OneDrive:
Spoiler: Click to Show/Hide
—Hop onto OneDrive online (https://onedrive.live.com) and see what’s eating up space.
—Go ahead and delete files you no longer need—either directly on the site or from your OneDrive folder on your computer—to clear them out for good.

If you want to move files out of OneDrive folders:
Spoiler: Click to Show/Hide
—Keep in mind that anything inside your OneDrive folders (or synced Desktop/Documents/Pictures) counts toward your storage.
—If you want files to stay local only, just move them over to a non-synced folder (like C:\Users\YourName\Games) or drop them onto an external drive.

Empty the OneDrive recycle bin online:
Spoiler: Click to Show/Hide
—Even stuff you’ve deleted can still be hanging around in the cloud’s recycle bin.
—Head to https://onedrive.live.com → Recycle bin → and empty it to free up that space.

Thanks.  Looks like I had some old pictures I had completely forgot about that I don't need or want anymore.

One more question.  If I delete old game files and pictures from games I had on other computers, will it hurt anything?  My laptop says it's not connected to one drive anymore, and I'm only keeping it for video calls because the graphics aren't game and video streaming friendly anymore.  Still, I don't want to screw anything up.
