• Spiritual Connection: The spirits whisper and he hears them. The Loa calls and he answers. He DOES have to feed twice as often when actively engaged in spirit talking--as they drain his energy.

• 2025 BMW His i4. It's quiet. It's beautiful. It gets him from point A to point B.
• Checking and Savings Both personal and business.
• His Tiny Home- located on a secured lot in Boulder City NV, just over a half hour away from Las Vegas. Though the square footage is less than 900 feet, his home has no liens or mortgages. He owns the lot and house, free and clear.

Occupation: Proprietor of an Occult store.  Investigator into Paranormal activity (when paid).  Collector of treasured secrets.
History:  Born to a Mambo of New Orleans 35 years ago after a procurement journey to Vegas, Donnie came into the world without a sound, his mismatched gaze open and wandering before he drew his first breath. As such, his mother believed him spirit touched. This belief only grew as the young boy aged, growing tall and lean, like a sapling, his childish voice raised in query during rites held within the ounfò.

At age eight, and well before it should have happened, Donnie was chosen as a chevalier for the Baron. The young boy spoke in a loud voice and danced for three days straight before dropping into a trance-like state that lasted another 24 hours. This was ALSO the first time his mother noted that her handsome little boy craved blood after an intense ceremony and that he would rouse from whatever state he'd been put in if he smelled blood from any source.

Two years later, she sent him to his Papa in Las Vegas with a journal meant for his father's eyes only.  Father Bound immediately helped the young boy find his center, offering him books and a chance to investigate the many rumors concerning the underground temples that have faded from recent memory. Donnie grew strong under his father and stepmother's watchful gazes, learning to sift through the information the restless dead whispered into his willing ears.

Now at age 35, with a business degree and a few different businesses under his belt, Donovan passes along the information he gathers to those who can make the best use of it. His daily life sees true and false witches pass through his store's entrance and he can tell one from the other, usually without fail. Everything he knows is bent toward uncovering the greatest mysteries in Las Vegas-- where are the Less clan and where do the whispers in the caverns beneath the glistening desert city originate from?

Relationships/Connections:
Father Bound- His father and keeper to the keys of the kingdom.
Mother Bound- The woman who raised him as her own and allowed him a place to rest.
Monique LeClaire- His mother and holder of mysteries.

Extra: Due to the burned hand print on his shoulder, Donovan is always in some sort of pain-ranging from an odd achiness to the feeling of his shoulder burning anew. The pain never fully leaves him except for a day or two after a full blood feeding and is worse whenever he makes use of his innate gifts. Therefore snappishness, crankiness, and a level of irritability on par to a tiger with a huge thorn in its paw.

Those in the know are aware that Donovan hosts a rather large occult library with rare tomes that most have never clapped eyes on. If you need to see it, expect to pay through the nose- plus you'll owe him a favor, to be called in at his choosing, not yours.

Confident: Zane is confident beyond what any normal man should be. Is he perfect no, but who is? Zane is comfortable with who he is, knows he looks good, and doesn't have the time to doubt himself. After all sitting there thinking you can't will assure you never will.[/color]

Cheeky: Smart ass, brazen, cheeky, and downright sarcastic yup check all those off. Zane can get serious when he has to, but why spend life with a stick up your ass? A dick feels much better...he means...ok a couple of fingers work too...yup smart ass.

Flirtatious: He is a hopeless flirt, be it a man or a woman he isn't afraid to say that charming smile their way and see what happens. He is rather insensible when it comes to the physical side of things. What can he say? He just likes sex. It isn't the focal point in his life, but it does play a part. Top or bottom it depends on mood, but most of all he likes watching and feeling his partner feel good.

Accepting: Zane doesn't care if you're a man, woman, somewhere in between, black white, or purple...:p just checking if you're paying attention (again smart ass) Zane takes people for who they are. Your potential is only limited when you believe there are limits. So treat him right and he'll treat you even better.

Loyal: Once you're on Zane's good list you're there, he doesn't turn his back on a friend even if it's a shit storm. You may just owe him a drink afterward. Through thick and thin he's there, even if it's just to have a shoulder to cry on. He won't even grab your boob while you cry either...yup just that good a guy.

Courageous: Be the first to hop the cliff into the lake...sure why not. Be bold and flirt with the ice queen...easy. Face a hoard of pmsing females in the dead of night, have chocolate will travel! Zane doesn't chicken out easily, is he stupidly leaping into every situation NO. But be brave enough to figure out a way to make it happen and follow through...totally!

Hot-headed: Zane has the temper of his father and he knows it. This comes out more when he drinks, or when someone tries to do anything to his sister. This has led to him getting into countless rough and tumbled drag-out fights. And why he has a record, due to what he did to his dad.

Doesn't easily trust: Due to his past, Zane doesn't allow himself to open up to just any. He can honestly say the onlyperson he trusts completely is his sister. Due to this, some people find it hard to get to know him more deeply.

Bad boy rep: Due to his record and his hedonistic lifestyle Zane is marked as a bad boy. Not that he denies it. Believe what you will, you're either willing to see past it or you're not. It is your loss if you decide not to.

Overprotective: this is the bane of Reese’s existence. But if Zane cares about you, will give all he’s got to protect you. His sister of course catches the brunt of this.

Creative/Artistic: Reese has the heart and soul of an artist. She expresses this through any medium she can get her hands on. She loves to try new things and explore her creativity in any way she can. It is about the only way she can escape things for a while and find a sense of peace. It's not uncommon to find she's been working on a piece for hours or even days without taking care of herself.

Hedonistic: Reese has always played hard. Sex, drugs and rock and roll are words to live by as far as she is concerned. She enjoys life to the fullest, as there is no question when it comes to the meaning of life. It is simply to live it while you can.

Trouble Maker: Call her a trouble magnet or a trouble maker Reese tends to find herself in the middle of some sort oftrouble. Truth be told a lot of it has come from her trusting the wrong people. Which has only made that harder. Despite that Reese always finds a way out of it, or her brother does it for her.

Determined: From Reese's day job to her art she has a drive that has kept her moving forward. This determination can also be confused with stubbornness but hey in her book it's just a good thing.

Loyal: Though it takes time to get past her walls. Once you do, Reese counts you as one of her people. Now unless you give her a reason not to she will always have your back. She would go to the ends of the earth for those she cares about.

Zane: A high-end cosme car garage and business, a high-rise condo with a huge private garage. Where he houses all his classic babies. Both cars and bikes he’s personally restored.

And out in the deserts that surround Las Vegas lies an old single-runway landing strip that was decommissioned years ago. It has a large tin building that has what one might call an apartment built into it. But its purpose isn’t comfort, but to give a certain small plane a place to land.

A well-known costume and restoration shop. Phoenix customs where beauty comes back to life. Anything with a motor and wheels is what he loves to work on. A guilty pleasure that he uses as a cover for some of his smuggling jobs.

Reese: is the proud owner of The Eclipse. A speakeasy of sorts for those of the supernatural persuasion. Or at the very least escorted by one. As the place can’t be found by normal humans. With I. Is a two-story bar, decked out to the nines, the lights just so. Giving some that dark corner they so need, or a spotlight for those that crave it. It is also known for Reese’s concoctions, potions, salves, brews, meads, and all sorts of…interesting teas and treats. She is a well-known witch on the local scene for looking after their community.

An old building in a darker corner of town. It was an old production company building that Reese restored and converted. The first floor has a sitting and study room, a lab of sorts, and a huge indoor garden with some of the rarest plants can be found. And the second floor is her personal living space. Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, huge treated windows. The window pains were replaced with ones that block out UV light. What!? She dated a vampire once.

The roof is her favorite spot though. Where it has a large cushy lounging space that allows Reese to stay under the stars at night. And the added greenery, only gives the space an almost wild feel to it. One might think they were in the wilderness. If it weren’t for the random blaring cars sometimes, one might think they weren’t in Las. Eggs anymore.

As for cars, Reese drives a restored old Jeep. One her brother wishes she’d get rid of. But no one puts baby in a corner or a junk pile! She also has a beautiful emerald green 1977 Harley Davidson low rider.

Abilities:
Zane

• twin link: the twins can feel and speak to each other mentally. They can also feel out where the other is. Emotions are shared, even when they are far apart. The only thing that would kill this link was if one died. Though it’s been said such a link could save them, or destroy them. They still don’t know which

  Negative: the ability is always on. It takes clear thought to block each other from their minds. They also share pain, when one feels it so does the other.
• Technomancy: this was his first power to awaken. I came about when they were alone on the streets. Reese was sick and needed meds, which took money. You get money from ATMs. It took a couple of tries and a lot of headaches but before long they had money spitting out their way. And no one could trace or figure out why. Since then Zane has learned to hone his skills in controlling tech.

  Negative: this takes a great of control, and the more he parts his mind into different tasks, the more he risks losing himself.
• Shapeshifting: Zane can change who he looks like. Need to be that guard to get into a building. Easy peasy.

Being able to create things from healing salves, to love potion number nine, and even potions for rejuvenation and memory retrieval and oh so much more. Though most of her sales come from the much more mundane needs of the masses

  Negative: these brews take time, effort, schooling, and sometimes ultra-rare ingredients as well.
  
• Earth magic: Reese can control and manipulate anything related to the natural world or earth. Plants, trees, dirt, and theground can tremble when she’s mad enough. But normally Reese uses her ability to grow her garden. After all, why pay for the rare herbs and flowers when you can grow them yourself? And Reese has that magical green thumb.

  Negative: much like nature Reese needs certain things to keep from feeling ill or weak. Fresh sunlight, and to touch actual earth through each day. Like a flower blooming Reese requires a bit of extra care.

Occupation: Zane mechanic/smuggler - Reese bar owner and witch to the supernatural world. She has what you need.
History: Reese and Zane were born to a mother who was more interested in getting high than she was in seeing her children. And their father was an unknown John that she'd slept with for some quick cash. So who knows where he is? But their mother claimed he was a mysterious and powerful man who chose her one night. The story always made Reese for some fairytale rescue. But Zane just rolled his eyes.

They spent the better part of their lives in and out of foster care. As their mother would get them back and lose them time and time again.

Their mother had various boyfriends, and even a few would be husbands. But none of them would stick around. Which was good when most of them weren't worth the sperm needed to make them.

They went through a great deal of abuse through the years. But have gotten through it by sticking together. Zane has always been one to defend Reese, getting into countless fights to do so. One of these fights led to Zane getting arrested.

While Zane was in jail Reese was left on her own for the first time. Again she went into the foster system. Ending up with a family that saw her as nothing more than a paycheck she struggled to connect to anyone around her. It wasn't until her brother was released and he came to get her that things changed for her. She doesn't talk much about this time in her life, and this still concerns Zane. Thankfully though this was when she found her love for art. And it helped her keep some sense of sanity during her ordeal.

Life was difficult then, living on the streets with no possible future set before them. Las Vegas wasn’t really a town that saw after its homeless. They didn’t have money to lose. It was during this time that their powers began to surface. Small things at first but one night Zane took over an ATM and got every last cent out. Needless to say, life started to get easier for them. But again, things change.

Using their abilities sent up a red flag, one that drew their real father out into the open and to them. Dorian Leckermaul, a man who came from a long line of witches. Ever heard of the blind witch that was supposed to have a candy house… utter lies. Well, sort of. But he explained where they came from.

They started their true education then. Books filled with the knowledge of witches long past. This was a rags-to-riches story. Their powers grew over time as did their influence. Now older they have settled into their own lives in Las Vegas. Both are ready for whatever the world has to throw at them.

- Born in New York
- Father worked for the FBI, Mother was a social worker, no siblings. Father went no contact right away due to being a hemophage.
- Had a sickly childhood, with lots of visits to the hospital. Was kept indoors a lot and had very few friends.
- Early admission to college, on scholarships. Got necessary certifications and started working as a crime scene cleaner as an overnight job.
- Landed a position as a Forensics Analyst which she went with because the salary would help her mother (now taken ill) retire with some comfort.
- Mother's condition worsened and they moved to Nevada. She worked remote for a bit but eventually had to resign and start over, caring for her mother.
- Started up her small business about 4 years ago. Got a contract with law enforcement due to connections made back in New York. But off books work payed better right out of the gate and she went with it. It allowed her to find a live-in caregiver for her mother.
- Missy is still pretty low on the totem pole as far as who knows her but the ones who do know she does stellar work. Her reputation is growing, she just isn't sure its with the right people as there was recently an attempt made on her mother's life. She now looking into who it could have been...
