Interestingly enough we have a short supply of clerics, healers and the divine. But do elaborate on the living armor idea you have Isen. Good to see you again.

Basically a pocket healer. Using either the Sybian Myxapia, or a Xio(Though Xio is ALOT). I Was actually thinking a celestial warlock, gives me a reliable blast to use and a pool for healing... as well as mage armor on demand for myself if I go the slime.

Also leaves a lot of options for lewding.

Dedicated Healer might be not what you imagined as 5e sort of got away from that. Not sure specifically what you mean by dedicated "pocket" healer. In my imagination they sound different.That said, I see no issues if someone wants to make it anyway. With enough experience/desire/creative juice, one can make most things work.

Just be aware that you might end up feeling "left out" in an adventure group and likely getting more "play" between adventures with an old school healer. If the interest is there, by all means roll something up and let's see. 

You'll be in good company with other healers.  (2 paladins, cleric, druid, 2 bards. *Starts a new spin off drama "Blossom Med* with a good time slot.) The ability is useful in any crew. And Clerics can be awesome in social or tactical rp so sweet.

And clerics in 5e can do a lot more than be the heal bot. I know from experience. They are a ton of fun.

Well its not that they "Can" do more its that they don't "healbot" anymore. But...that is from a pure tactical standpoint, not necessarily from "you play what you wish" stand point. Healing is generally an out of fight thing, with players able to put in a mule team of the work themselves. In combat, you are looking to get folks from "out" to 1hp so they can get back in it.

This is cool, and I DO find some enjoyment in the "tactical rush" of the fight, but honestly I do miss the old ADnD days of the Cleric spamming the heals and fueling the fight from the side, still able to drop that warhammer on a baddie if they get too close. Granted it was also a far deadlier game. I mean natural healing was 1hp/day of bedrest.

Heroes or heroines? I can play either.

I can also GM stuff as well, but that would be a different application of course.

Heroines. But in terms of gender you are free to play whatever you'd like. Right now I think we have a good balance between males and females and the technicolored rainbow in between.
