Hmm... I was thinking of one of the minor Houses of the Reach I think. House Oakheart if its not taken.

Oakheart is wide open I believe, aside from a brief mention of the long-dead first wife of one of my characters.

Oh! I missed one. @TheFluffyOne has a character with an Oakheart father. Worth checking with her about them!

Are you looking for any roles in particular? I have a small stockpile that can be revamped for fitting most settings and will be going and reading but thought asking was a good way to avoid going down too many rabbit holes that might not work lol.
