So, my first thought was to go with this one https://e621.net/posts/4149250 and make her powers revolve around having to have her weapon, but that doesn't seem to go well with the premise, so I think I'm going with this one, https://e621.net/posts/4564269, as maybe a college student with some witchy powers?

my character is based around having a magic sword, But it’s magic enough that she can always have it with her. You can buy a power that just looks like a weapon and you never lose it or have it as something summonable, there is no point cost for that. I have a quirk on the sword saying that it can be disarmed and takes a move action to summon it back.

Yeah, it was a whole thing where the powers come from the weapon, which doesn't really work. I've got this witchy rat instead.

My demoness looks like this currently. I ran it past Angie last night and tinkered a bit this morning. The basic premise I am running with is that rather than something he is/controls. He was fused with an actual demon. Whether that is a real extradimensional being eh now shares his body with or some schizophrenic break, I leave to Angie. But there is a demon riding in the back of his head whispering 'Because it's demonic, and I love demonic shit.' This may not be final version. I worked the energy absorption power over heavily to keep it cheap-ish. But with a bit more understanding of hos defenses work, I focused on one-ish. Struggling with how the systems wants to function. Statline as a human is good, for an average human, and the 'contract' gives him some neat tricks. But the demoness is the real powerhouse! Brawling fighter type that can take a lot of punishment. Sorry for the format. Easier to just copy/paste the spreadsheet I am using.

LOL, Michael, the base form, is scrappy as hell and a punk rocker. He's been around the block a few... dozen times. Right now, I think he came up in the L.A. Underground music scene.  Before he got thundered with the demon chaos juice. Thus he's got a more stamina based build and dex to play that Bass Guitar in his trunk. He's got talent and tenacity? Jane Williams was always a creative girl, one who would often isolate herself to write or draw.  When she started college, being on her own changed her, she was getting more and more flashes of inspiration, as vivid as seeing them in person… but they were increasingly wild and perverse, demons in sexual congress with people in a bewildering number of ways.  The only way to get all this out of her head was to get it on paper.  The very NSFW “Dark History” webcomic she created was paying enough that she put college on hold, but it felt like a struggle to keep ahead of it.  She was contacted by several publishers about print editions, but an imprint of Lunar Phase Studios really resonated with her, and a trip to their office triggered a powerful vision, one so powerful (she thought) that it transformed her into a tall, buxom, exotic succubus on the elevator ride up.  What happened when she reached the top floor changed her life forever.

Her visions were not simply the result of an active imagination, she was look into the past when sexual demonic activity is involved… uncontrollably as a human, but once transformed,  she’s able to focus more and scan when needed. 

Jane’s well-read and does kendo for fitness,  perhaps a hint of what was ahead for her.  As Lily Darkbloom, she’s a very curvaceous succubus-aspected demon with tan skin and white hair, able to grow bat-like wings from the small of her back.  In addition to typical physical enhancements, can summon a blood red mystic sword at will, the “Darkbloom Thorn,” able to cut both the physical and the mental, slicing away inhibitions and taboos.

It was a shocking a relief to learn that her visions were real, that she wasn’t (just) a crazy pervert.  Her very sensual demon body was as arousing to her as it was to those who see it and she is putting herself forward socially in ways she couldn’t before… it’s even bleeding into her human life more and more.

Rackel Klein

A gifted college student in literature, Rackel had a rebellious streak and, with it, an interest in Wicca. It wasn't very serious, mostly for fun, but one day, as she was performing a ritual from a dusty old tome, a portal to the chaos dimension opened and bathed her with strange energies. It wasn't clear whether her ritual had caused it or it had been a coincidence, but the ritual seemed to have influenced the effects, as she was imbued with magical powers, along with a new form. And with new urges to come with it. The surge of power was very noticeable, of course, and it wasn't long before she was contacted by Lunar Phase Studios. They made an offer and she accepted, soon joining their new team in fighting back hot demons and the like. It seemed fun. Plus, it meant they paid for her degree.

I'd say the more monstrous melee one, but they're both great!

Can the Alternate form be something that is Human in appearance but  is Actually a Tsukumogami that can take human form? My inspiration for this comes for this anime Series: Malevolent Spirits: Mononogatari.

It's widely held you don't have to pay for secret ID stuff you only use in your secret ID, in short... phone, car, bike, Gulfstream jet if you've got a few levels of Wealthy, apartment or house that's not a secret base, etc.  Batman pays for the Batcave but Spider-Man doesn't pay for his apartment, since he just has a hidden spot in his closet for his costume, at best.  Also, Vehicles skill is only for combat driving and stunts, you don't need it if you're just commuting in your secret ID.

Points are "you get what you pay for" and the corollary is "you don't pay for what you don't get (to use as a superhero in combat)."

You choose the stuff that you only have available in your heroic form and the stuff that you always have available. Then, you decide whether to get 1 or 2 points back. All of your stuff combined will be unavailable to you until you use a move action or a standard action, depending on whether you get 1 or 2 points back. There's no cost beyond that.

Yeah, Heroic Forms are widely variable. So they can't give a list of example powers to us. Examples of heroic forms: He-Man, a werewolf, the Hulk, etc. All different heroes with different powers.

TBF, the other forms listed aren't set to their powers either. Those are just examples of what you could do with that form.
