I was wondering how I could get my forum name "Jadis" changed.

My understanding if you've never changed your name, you get one free name change, you would just have to PM a mod and they can do that for you.  I believe any of them have the capability.  If you have had it changed once, then I think you have to donate to the patron for keeping up the server.  But if you've never changed it before, you should be good to just PM any Oracle or Goddess present currently and request the name change.
