I'll go ahead and start this thread out by telling you a little bit about myself and what you'll be getting should we partner up. I'll let it be known that I love action, adventure, fantasy and even horror and any mix of those. I am not as prone to slice of life RPs but a good concept could convince me. A thing you're going to hear a lot from me is "convince me". I have my own comfort zones and preferences but for a good story and a good writing partner I can often be convinced. That goes for everything from kinks, to genders that I play, to sexuality of characters. As for my comfort zone I do tend to play females of varying personalities and sexualities. I also tend to err more on the side of anime faceclaims as often those personas fit the fantastical stories I like to write about but I can do more realistic.

That all being said, here's what you can expect from me:

• Communication: I will tell you about plot ideas, character ideas, comfortability with kinks and about any hiatus's that pop up
• Posting frequency: I am TRYING to limit my posting to 3 days a week, meaning it could be multiple posts in one day if my partner is online or just one post every time. I am trying to do this because when I'm faced with a good RP I get so excited I may shirk some of my real world responsibilities which would be bad for me.
• Post length: I post AT LEAST a couple of paragraphs per post and my opening/beginning posts tend to be much more long winded because I do oh so love background.
• Ons/Offs: Linked in my signature. Con-vince-me! I am pretty explorative and if it's not explicitly on my offs list I will probably try it. Ons are just stuff I like and maybes are stuff that I already know I'm open to trying but maybe haven't before.
• Smut: Sex happens, and I too enjoy some steam in my stories. However, I'm not here just to write porn. My maximum smut ratio is probably 50/50 depending on the concept and characters. Unpopular opinion- even if it is a personal kink I don't think things should be added if it doesn't make sense for the character to be into it.. It just takes me out of it, do with that information what you will. I will NEVER kink shame you, but please respect my boundaries. Just because you have an On that's in my Offs list doesn't mean I'll turn you away as a partner, I just won't be doing that thing.

What I expect from you:

• Communication: I LOVE hearing about your plot or character ideas. I also prefer to talk about some kinks. I understand my "convince me" style can be a bit annoying because my boundaries aren't as tight. So talk to me if you're nervous I'll reject something! And please please please tell me if you're going to go awol for a while so I'm not checking my notifications waiting for you.
• Posting Frequency: I'll take what I can get, especially for a good partner. Please just tell me what you usually do or plan to do so I can accommodate.
• Post Length: I would like at least two well written paragraphs per post if possible (or one pretty big one). I don't think that's too big of an ask, especially if you're not a frequent responder. Even if I end up writing more due to my style, I do not expect you to mirror/match. Don't force yourself, nobody likes empty paragraphs written just to fill in space.
• Ons/Offs: I have no expectation from you except communication of them to me and to read my list. Live your life friend!
• Smut: I expect you to respect my boundaries as I will respect yours.

Remember, I'm a sucker for a good premise so if you have an idea or if one of mine inspire you to create something new chances are you can rope me in as well! If something says "taken" it means I am already doing an RP with this basis, however if you present me with a cool idea you'd like to try, as always, I may be convinced to run another one.

Road to Recovery

Ask me more about this RP, I'm not looking for plain slice of life, I would prefer to combine this with some sort of fantasy action/adventure if possible. Warning though, this is a slow burn. While there will be a decent amount of sexual tension there will most likely not be much smut. Though I can see it at least ending with a bang (see what I did there?)

She'd loved him for years. He knew, heck, everyone knew. Beyond professing her love -which she had done before- she showed it often. She often oogled him, asked him on dates, called him pet names, etc. He'd told her no before but he said no to every girl who tried to win his heart. And she could see it, he was gentler when he turned her down, he let her hang around when he pushed other girls away completely, it couldn't be just because they were together all the time. She'd loved him since they were kids and she would take what she could get.

He'd never once indulged. They were stuck seeing each other all the time so he couldn't just ignore her, but boy did he try. This clingy, annoying girl never left him alone no matter how many times he rejected her. It had become a norm really, to have her chase him and him shoot her down. A presence he'd gotten used to and a dynamic he'd learned to tolerate, she had her good attributes too at least.

This dynamic all comes to a head though. A fateful moment when he finally wounded her too deeply. An incident she couldn't just move on from. So she decides she's going to finally get over him. She's going to fall out of love with him. So what does she do? She makes a list (list subject to ideas and changes)

Step 1: Stop Asking Him Out
Step 2: Don't offer him compliments
Step 3: Stop oogling him!
Step 4: Never let him beat you
Step 5: No more pet names
Step 6: If he insults you, shun him
Step 7: Start dressing up more
Step 8: Feel free to flirt or date whoever/whenever you want
Step 9: Set him up with a deserving woman
Step 10: Repeat steps and burn this list

These changes, while slight when enacted one at a time, are at first welcomed by YC but end up frazzling him. Behaviors he thought annoyed him he finds himself missing. The woman who's always been a constant is slowly becoming more out of reach and different and he's not so sure he likes all of it. It was a fact of life, the sky is blue and she loved him...didn't she?

Only For You

So lately I've been craving playing against a bit of a yandre male. And I don't mean the type we often see as villains who become abusive...

YC is a servant or slave or subordinate (depending on the setting we end up wanting to do, I'd be willing to go more modern but we'd have to shuffle somethings up) to MC. Being in the position that they are in YC has often been put down, ignored, maybe even abused...except for MC. MC seemed to be the only one that was ever nice to them, ever cared for them even if it was just a little. For MC, you are her favorite. You're sweet, attentive, perhaps she even finds you adorable and thinks of you as someone she has to protect from others or give special treatment to because you're too kind for your own good. Even if she too is kind hearted she at least has the power to protect you.

But YC has a secret, they are much stronger than they seem (whether it be an ability, magic or just plain brawn and knowhow that they choose to hide) they could've escaped/left years ago to avoid this mistreatment but they didn't. Why? Because of her, they do not want to leave MC's side, they love her and would do and endure anything for her. And it seems that internal vow they took upon themselves will be tested as hardship is just around the corner.

This is a very basic concept but I'd love to flesh something out and expand. I just thought it could be fun to mess with power dynamics. Having the more powerful character have a status the weaker one. Have someone be a 'master' who is far too kind hearted, maybe even naïve. I would like to mess with the protectiveness and slight obsession of the underling thinking of their superior as 'theirs' as well or the tables turning because of power. I have a lot of setting/plot ideas for this too so please ask me about them

Twists and Turns

A kind of a slave x master with a twist:

For this story our characters are old, fairly good friends. They grew up together until one moved away for whatever reason. Years later YC is working for a powerful empire (or mercenary group, etc.) MC has stayed somewhat in the same social standing from before they departed from each other, not that she has a problem with that.

One day while traveling with a group MC encounters a sort of ambush, turns out to be slave traffickers and they have to get slaves from somewhere right? Unfortunately MC's traveling party ends up being targeted. MC manages to get away but knows they're coming, it won't be long. She knows she can't stop herself from being taken so she comes up with a plan to at least make it easier -somewhat- on herself. MC disguises herself as a boy, at least it should make her chances of assault or being sold into sexual slavery slimmer. She's still captured and thrown in with the others.

YC isn't exactly a slave owner type, but the people they work for are. YC is being gifted a slave of their choosing. Accepting that they'll have to own one they figure they'll just nab someone who could do menial chores and physical labor and basically ignore them otherwise. This leads YC to choose mine. MC recognizes yours almost instantly, but doesn't know how much YC may have changed over the years and keeps her identity a secret. YC chose mine because 'he' reminded them of YC's old friend, almost makes you worry about her or wonder if they're related.

This can play a couple of different ways that I'd love to work out with a partner. MC could keep up the guy disguise for quite a while and confuse the hell out of YC as feelings start to redevelop or she could be found out by YC rather quickly. They could both have to pretend and keep up appearances or she could be found out by YC's employer as well. This is just the basic idea I'd like to play

The Curse

Welcome to what is one of my most detailed and convoluted RP ideas (that probably also has the least amount of smut due to setting so be warned) based off of an old fanfiction I was obsessed with that was never finished so I'd love to play out some of the general gist with someone and write out our own ending. This is meant to be high fantasy, we're gonna need/want magic/abilities. So without further ado...

A curse has wreaked havoc on parts of the land of Mist for the past three years. It started off at one congregated point but has been branching out and enveloping small villages in it's wake. There is a small village that has been dealing with the curse from the get go. They have been resisting, researching and fighting against the curse with the best warriors and resources they have at their disposal but it hasn't been enough and the curse keeps branching out further around them. The land of Mist has been a proud country, not one to ask the other lands for help even when their villages are being threatened by something they don't know much about. But finally, finally the resistance has gotten a proper letter out for help, for reinforcements from a different land. However, this is not their first time sending for help...something is off...why did the curse not stop them from getting help this time?

MC would be one of the characters specifically asked for when the village asks for help. You have options with YC to be another one of the reinforcements (perhaps our characters know each other, are teammates, are already lovers, are strangers, are from different areas, whatever you'd like!) or you can be one of the locals that's been dealing with the curse already, perhaps falling for each other along the way. The characters called in have no idea they are walking into something supposedly supernatural, nor do they believe in curses. Those who asked for help didn't really outline the curse as they knew nobody would believe them. The people come to help encounter the curse fairly quickly and become overwhelmed and those in the resistance end up rescuing them and teaching them what they know. Combining forces, they plan to take whatever this thing is down.

I am more than willing to let my partner in on more information for plot plans and ideas, and would love to hear your own as well. Writing it all out here though would be a bit of an eyesore.

Monsters:These are very general descriptions. Each category does have it's own strengths and weaknesses that the rebellion can fill the reinforcements in on. One thing that's common amongst them all. They only come out at night!
Corpses- basically undead and unkillable unless you reduce them to ash. They don't regenerate though so you can disable them. No a scratch or bite will NOT turn you into one.
Creatures- animalistic humanoid creatures. Sharp teeth, run on all fours, bout as fast as a dog, claws, can see in the dark.
The little girl- classic pale little girl with black hair and a sing song voice and a high intellect. Black voids for eyes and wants to play...you do not want to play with her. Seems to be able to command the others somewhat.
The Shadow- humanoid female creature that's with hyper extended arms and legs, moves on all fours and is fast like an animal. Her long hair waterfalls down her whole body and dances around in whisps like shadows. Her skin is nearly jet black but eyes are red and teeth are sharp. Has sharp claws and half the time when she moves it seems she's contorting herself. Can speak but often resorts to growls and moans, voice is guttural and gravelly...You don't want to play with her either.

Group Version

Characters:I would provide a bio kind of a form and connect both heroes and rebels in PM for backstories and abilities, rebels will get some of the heroes info as they called for their help due to knowing them. Heroes I'll give you some key things you should end up finding out about the rebels, the village and the curse pretty quickly for writing purposes. Rebels I'll give you my idea on how the village has been able to survive and everything you should know about the curse but then the village is yours to build should you want to.

Two Faced Whims

Based in a fantasy world where magical items are commonplace and magic users are regulated and kept track of. If a person has a magical affinity it tends to manifest around the age of 10. That person is promptly sent to the magical academy to learn to control and use their magic, it's also a recruitment center for the mage tower, knight corps and many other prominent businesses. However, this is not all just to benefit the town, many magic users don't have much choice but to work under powerful entities as, if they chose to simply graduate and leave the academy their magic will then be tracked and regulated so they won't go rogue.

MC has a healing affinity, this means that basically her only option was to go to the church. This is because it is illegal to heal via magic without a license which is only given out by the church. But MC was able to escape the church after seeing first hand the secrets and horrors that lay hidden behind 'saintly goodness' and now has managed to keep herself from being regulated. But this means she's had to stick to the shadows and the streets, she's a criminal and has been living that way for a while.

YC is a high ranking, somewhat powerful figure (your choice if you'd like to have magic or not) with a secret. A split personality (is it their magic that makes them this way? Trauma? Some outside force? dealer's choice).

During the day YC is kind, caring, docile, one may even call them a gentle person. At night they change into what many would call cruel, uncaring or even evil. Neither side of YC ever remembers what goes on with the other you and they seem to be a part of two different worlds.

Though it seems the night version of YC got into some trouble one evening with some powerful people and ends up on MC's doorstep severely wounded. MC takes them in and treats them, unaware of what she was getting herself into. As if her life wasn't already fraught with danger, she just invited much more into her home.

*I tried to leave this fairly open for us to be able to world and character build with each other. I just really wanted to play with a Jeckyl and Hyde kind of character as well*

Darkness is falling

A war has been going on for years now between magical beings and humans. The humans possess little to no magic besides mages who have to practice and harness for years. What neither side knows is that their little war has a new enemy coming, necromancers and demons who have taken the opportunity throughout the chaos to begin to rise up. MC is a well known soldier among the human ranks. Being one of the few women and a force to be trifled with she's been fighting for her people almost as long as there's been a way. But MC just recently encountered her first demon within this war, and nobody seems to believe her. YC is a magical being from the opposing side. While they’ve known OF demons and necromancers (being taught different histories than MC) they hadn’t encountered one until today. YC barely escapes with their life only to be captured by the human kingdom. Our stories converge here, with few aware of the rising threat to both sides our characters must work together to save both of their worlds.

A Slave's Journey

Born and raised a slave, MC's entire life has been to serve others. Sold off multiple times in her life to masters of different backgrounds she'd learned many skills and gone through many hardships. Despite this dreary life MC had always had the overwhelming instinct to survive. She never knew why, or what she was waiting for but she did. Years of do what you're told, anticipate your master's needs, work hard so you're fed, etc....she'd been a good slave, so how did she end up here?

Due to the food shortage among the poor, there needed to be a way to control the population. Nobility in the land decided to kill two birds with one stone and once a year would host a violent, deadly game for slaves. It entertained the upper class throughout the lands and they could often minimize hundreds of slaves into a mere dozen at most that survived and were either sold off, kept by the hosting nobility, or gifted to others afterwards. This year, MC was sent to this game.

YC is of higher class society (maybe a noble, a general, a warlord, a prince/princess, etc.) but has never cared for this game. He in fact doesn't care much for slaves in general, never taking personal ones himself and treating the ones that fall into his care quite well. He has to attend the game in order to not insult the nobility putting it on, has to play their political games so he doesn't lose face. During this game, MC impresses many in the way she faces the challenges and makes it through. YC is among them, maybe it's her clear desire to survive, maybe it was the fire that appeared in her eyes that showed her potential, maybe it was her subtle beauty. Either way it doesn't sit right with YC that she go to any of the bastards in his company. He saves her...by making her his personal slave.

From here we can work on a multitude of ideas as our characters fall for each other. Maybe she remains his slave to keep at his side to please him, and protect her. Perhaps he helps her gain proper freedom so she may live life how she chooses. Maybe he looks to up her title and meld her into high society so she can stand beside him. There's many twists and turns we can take here but I liked the premise of how she is obtained.

Lands of which we've never traveled

Two lands have been warring for years now, each force very much thinking themselves to be in the right (would love to build the reason why they’re warring with my partner). Our characters are both highly ranked officers of their opposing armies and have clashed with each other on many occasions. Finally they seem to have reached what will be their final battle. Our characters face off against each other in the fray of war. So focused on each other in their fight, they were unprepared when two mage’s spells collided next to them, effectively putting the two of them in the range of what was now a new spell.

Our characters wake in a new land nowhere near their homes. Foreign people, foreign currency, foreign habits and neither of us seem to be welcome at first. Forced to join forces in order to survive in this new land our characters decide to put their feuds on hold to make it back to their kingdoms alive. But when the time comes…will they still want to return? Secrets will be uncovered, bonds will be formed, and everything will change.

Lets Play!

Okay think your classic "I got stuck in a VR game, now what" story but let's spice it up a bit!

VR gaming is not new to anyone, it has in fact been sweeping the nation. YC is a skilled VR gamer, skilled enough in fact to be one of the few selected to beta test a device for their favorite fantasy game! All expenses paid; they'll be trying out the new stasis pod which should get rid of all those pesky needs that pull you out of the game like hunger and thirst so all you have to do is worry about playing.

YC tests out this new level of immersion and boy is it good, they feel like they're more in one with their character than ever before and even go so far as to rate the system and brag about it to friends...until a familiar low level NPC starts acting oddly. A simple merchant with some petty harvest quest, but why is the NPC crying while asking? Why is she saying her dialogues out of order? Is it a glitch?

Well...there is a glitch, but it's much worse than YC could've imagined. Trapped in this NPC is one of the original game designers, and she's not going to be the only one with a problem if YC doesn't figure out how to help her...
