General Personality: Somewhat grim, and prone to periods of quiet contemplation, he can be jovial and carefree in the right company. He is passionate, and loyal to his friends, willing to put his life on the line to protect what he holds precious. He follows a personal code of conduct, which he hopes will keep him from succumbing to the darkness that fuels his powers.

Bio: Berach was born in Old Archades, the son of penniless and powerless once-nobles. Few even recall the Cathalan name these days; even when the house was in power, they were on the lowest rung of the aristocracy. An "heir to dust", as he calls himself, he nevertheless sought to better his life and find a place in the world where he belonged.

But he refused to join with any of the gangs, or to languish in itinerant labor. Despite his frail constitution, he struggled, for several years, in vain. Every time it seemed like he was getting somewhere, he invariably ran into trouble with whoever he was working with; because Berach, you see, drank in the stories of old. Knights, chivalry, honor, virtue; all of it. He yearned for such a bright life; a life he could not find in the decaying streets of Old Archades.

During one such altercation he had with a gang of thugs that he erroneously thought might be decent people, he nearly got himself killed. The fates are fickle, but not always unkind; as it so happened, a Dark Knight was passing through. He effortlessly dispatched the thugs, and pulled Berach up and onto his feet.

The Knight was searching; seeking. In thanks for his life, Berach offered to guide the knight. And as they walked, they talked; and as they talked, that anonymous knight saw something of a kindred spirit in Berach. Not true kin, no, not yet; but perhaps, one day, with just a bit of tutelage...

He learned what he could, but his inner Darkness pushed Berach in an opposite direction of his mentor. After making sure the youth hadn't lost his mind while grasping the power of the Abyss, they parted ways, each to walk their own road--and perhaps to one day meet again, and share their insights.

Very nice set, here.  Especially good for red mage who have so many atributes that can benefit their casting.

Ok, so a Gunbreaker would still work, and since Magitek has been a thing in there would the Knowledge(technology) apply to that? Mostly because I was going to get a Racial trait for Hume that gave me the Technologist feat to go with the Gunbreaker feel.

Totally works, all is good. Archades is known for more Magitek anyway, and Moogle Engineers are also a big faction.

I did allow Yuki to reroll a 6 that they got, wouldn't be against you guys re-rolling your 7 and 9 if you're not cool with it. Then again, not entirely sure if the FF classes have as many MADs as core PF does, so you probably could get away with it?

Being born with differently coloured eyes, Kura was always believed to be the recipient of an important fate, for good or ill. Or good or evil. From a young age, she was taught the traditional moogle arts of geodancing, but otherwise had a fairly normal mooglish childhood. Or tried to, as best she could, though the cloud of destiny always seemed to hang over her. This was why she was finally happy to become of age, so that she was allowed to go on her pilgrimage, the same that all geodancers embark on, to experience the world and its many lands, to learn of their powers and incorporate it into their own art. And this new expedition, especially, seemed to be her chance, perhaps to discover entirely new lands and powers, or else simply to explore those often dangerous places with reliable companions at her side.

General Personality: Generally friendly and carefree, Y'mir is easy to get get along with, though is perhaps a bit unreliable. Tends to be rather lazy in any situation that isn't vitally important, unless it happens to catch his interest. He has a curious, airheaded, and almost innocent air about him, which is sharply contrasted by his shameless promiscuity, to the point one can be deceived into thinking it's unintentional. Deep down he is a true hedonist, and would love nothing more than to live a life of pampered luxury, and every day he doesn't get that is further proof of the Gods' disdain towards him, or so he believes.

Bio: Y'mir was trained in the way of the dancer, mixing enticing showmanship with swift and deadly battle arts. However the young Mithra was always far more interested in the "enticing" part than the whole "battle" thing, and so as soon as his training had finished he abandoned any thought of adventure in favor of finding a wealthy patron to play lap-cat for. He managed to luck out and drew the eye of an esteemed noble, finding himself a spot in his harem. Unfortunately this stint of luxury didn't last long, as the noble quickly discovered Y'mir was sleeping around behind his back (mostly with his other harem girls) and had him tossed out on the street for his disloyalty. The sheer hypocrisy of it all! Since then Y'mir has been forced to scrape by using his dancer skills for their actual intended purpose, aiding others in battle, a truly pitiable fate he's lamented ever since.

This may well become the story of a dancing martial artist troop (one OC of my mine is basically literally a sex worker/model, actor, and martial artist). I was considering making a dancer, but I do have other character ideas.

Personally, I'd love it since I wanted to focus my cantrips more on utilities, but all the simple category weapons were rather eh for Yule. Since these revisions would prevent me having to waste my feat on finesse by making it apply to all the light weapons, I'm down since any revisions I'd make are super quick. :)

That precise shot thing would be so great on another character I have! She's a sorcerer blaster and not eating 4 accuracy all the time would be amazing, but it's just not worth two entire feats!

  Speaking as someone who has only built red mage's, MAD is the norm!   This broad scientific study of a single character class proves it irrefutably! 

Red Mage: 
--Front line combatant (strength and constituion)
--Wearing light armor (dexterity!) 
--Key casting atribute: Charisma. 
--Bonus to cure spells: Wisdom. 
--Bonus to damaging spells: Inteligence. 

With a few levels you can make a finesse red mage and dump stat strength--if you can live that long! 

This requires more attributes that cleric!!!

So, I realize I made a small error. Namely, I did not pick a starting spell; or set up his MP. About to do so.

Beginning at 4th level, a dark knight gains the ability to cast dark knight spells, which are drawn from the dark knight spell list. A dark knight begins play with 1 1st level dark knight spell of his choice. Each time a character attains a new dark knight level, he gains one spell of his choice to add to his list of spells. The free spell must be of spell levels he can cast. Like most spellcasters, a dark knight can find or purchase scrolls with spells to add to his repertoire. Unlike other spellcasters, a dark knight wearing armor does not affect his spellcasting ability.

To learn or cast a spell, the dark knight must have a Charisma score equal to at least 10 + the spell level (Cha 11 for 1st-level spells, Cha 12 for 2nd-level spells, and so forth). The Difficulty Class for a saving throw against a dark knight’s spell is 10 + the spell level + the dark knight’s Charisma modifier. In addition, a dark knight gains additional MP for having a high attribute (Charisma—see Table: Bonus MP per Day (by Spell Level) on the MP System page).

Through 3rd level, a dark knight has no caster level. At 4th level and higher, his caster level is equal to his dark knight level –3.

I don’t know if this will be full, but I’ll express my interest.  Final Fantasy Tactics and XIV are great, and I’ve played some amount of XII.  I’ll be pondering a femboy Mithra or transfemale Roegadyn tankslut.  Blue Mage is interesting, and Sword Saint was great in FFT.

Since he was not the leader and breeding male of his tribe, instead of growing up and challenging them for position or heading out to create his own harem, he instead mostly joined the harem, taking a woman's role as bottom, which gave him the freedom to go exploring as well.  Discovering the ruins and technologies of ancient societies was fascinating, and he wanted to go learn more.  To defend himself, he found a knack for Blue magic, a kind of masochistic path involving getting hit by monsters in order to then imitate them back.

-Beacon of Faith: Once per day as a free action, you may treat your caster level as if it were 2 levels higher when using one of the granted powers of your domain or inquisition, or when casting one of your domain spells
-Gale of Valefor: Your fly maneuverability is increased by 1 stage, to a maximum of average, as well as counting your Constitution modifier as 2 higher for duration of flight
